Description of Work: Bob arrived exactly on time to fix my clogged kitchen sink drain. He was friendly, courteous, and fun. He found the source of the problem quickl, fixed it, and gave me a lesson in just what can go through a garbage disposal. In addition, he noticed the dishwasher hose was installed incorrectly and he took care of that. I will definitely use Bono Plumbing again.

Description of Work: An old leaky faucet and a basket strainer were removed and replaced. The worker, Rob, was on time,courteous, and diligent in completing and explaining the procedure. He also completed the job in about an hour, and completely cleaned the work area. |

Description of Work: They replaced the water heater. I had a Home Warranty and that is why they were chosen. The water heater is not level, they used the old flu bonnet and didn't adjust the flu. The gas and water pipes are not plumb. TP valve pipe is too high.
