 + -1 moreMy husband made contact with owner Tony Huffstutter through the internet. Tony was the first person to respond to his request via a website that distributed the request to mulitple security companies. Tony and Hubby mostly communicated through emails, except whenTony came to our house to provide the estimate. He was very friendly, intelligent and informative. He gave us planty of time to mull over just what we wanted. When we finally decided what we wanted, everything happened like he said it would. He drew up the contract as agreed and we set an appointment for installation (they work on Saturdays). The guys who came out were professional and did the work well. Whenever we had a question about anything, Tony was very quick to respond. He is kind of like a contractor and he subcontracts the actual installation of the hardware, but it all went very smoothly. Surprisingly so.I would not hesitate to recommend this company or to use this company again in the future.
Description of Work: Avery Security, LLC based in Wentzville, MO, got rid of our old home alarm system ("intrusion system") and installed a new one. They provided us an estimate without pressure to add more bells and whistles. They came promptly on the day agreed upon to install it. They did a good job of installation. When there was a question about placement of the transformer, they immediately came back and changed it.
