Description of Work: I used Apollo Heating & Cooling. They put in a new AC unit.

Description of Work: On Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 the furnace in our 3 year old house quit working. The gas would come on but the furnace would not ignite. At about 3-4pm my husband called Apollo H &C since they had done the install and spoke with someone who said a technician would be contacting us about the repair. We waited until about 8pm at which time my husband called again and got a voice mail. He left a message that the technician never did contact us. We never heard from them that night. The next morning, having still not heard from Apollo, we called a different company and within a half hour received a call from their technician. He was at our house within about an hour or so and completed the repairs early that Sunday afternoon. Still having never heard from Apollo, my husband called them Sunday evening and had to leave another voice mail. He told them to disregard as the repair had been done by another company. On that Monday, Nov. 5, my husband received a call from an Apollo technician who apologized for "screwing up" and not calling. He asked a lot of questions about who did the repair and what was repaired. He also asked what we paid. Since that was none of his business my husband said only that it wasn't cheap. Even though the part was covered by warranty, the labor was not. Of course he gave my husband a very low figure that he would have charged (about half of what we actually) paid but since he didn't show up it really didn't matter. I don't think we will be calling Apollo anytime soon for any repairs to our furnace or a/c.
