We had used this company several years ago during a complete kitchen remodel and so went back to them after the tornado for the above services. During the first experience with them, there were a couple of minor problems but we were able to get those resolved fairly quickly. This time, again, the design process was very good, great ideas and suggestions. However, when the cabinets were delivered, problems began. First, one of the bookcases was to have had a custom wooden swivel tray to hold the tv. It did not. To remedy this, they sent out a worker who installed an ugly metal tv bracket that did not fit our tv. We had our contractor remove it and just did without. The kitchen cabinet doors were not lined up evenly---an easily fixable quality problem that should never have needed us to call back to correct. They did come back and line up the doors. The biggest problems were with the (custom) vanity tops in two of the bathrooms. When installed they turned out not to fit the spaces. Instead of taking them back, remeasuring and correcting the problem, the installers simply stuffed all the gaps (large ones) with some sort of blue sealant or caulk. When we called them back to make it right, they covered the blue sealant with sloppily cut pieces of quarter round wood trim. We made numerous calls to the company to try to talk to the owner, but he would not return calls and never came to the house himself to see the problem. When we finally did contact him, he blamed the contractor and said that the walls were crooked. Finally, many weeks later, they did send an experienced person out, who looked at the problems and admitted that the vanity tops should never have been installed as such. They remeasured, made some adjustments and fit the vanity tops properly into the space. All included, the process from first installation to final fix of the major problems took months and needn't have. In the end, they did fix the major problem, but I would not use this company again.

The design process went well and choosing materials was good. The quality of the product is very good. The installer had problems working with our contractor. the measurements were not matching up and he did not install the cabinets as proposed. The appliances were taken into account for the usual size dimensions and the appliances purchased were not out of the ordinary, However the drawer in the corner next to the stove will only open a few inches before hitting the oven door handle. The cabinets are beautiful except for this issue. I called to complain and they offered to take a look and then completely did not follow through. It has been quite some time since the install and I am not sure if I am going to have anything done after all. Not even sure what they could do because they would never even come look at it.
