Description of Work: They came out at 4:30 on a Friday and sprayed for roaches but couldn't handle the squirrels in my attic. They came out here for pests and if they can't take care of everything what good are they?

+ -1 moreContacted the company the end of March to spray our yard for fleas ticks Mosquitos etc. I was told that they don't start spraying until April and that they would call me before coming out so I could bring the animals inside. They didn't show at all during April so I called them in mid May to enquire about when to expect them. They told me I was 4th on the list and they'd call soon to let us know when they're coming out. Here it is...July and they have never shown up or called. We used them when we first moved into this house and hadn't needed repeat service until this year. I guess they don't need the business.
Description of Work: Nothing because they never showed up to perform the service I contracted them to do.

+ -1 moreI chose to use them because my neighbor across the street uses them. My first two experiences with them were very good. So far I am very pleased, but I can't say I am 100% pleased because I don't think I got what I paid for in the last service.
Description of Work: ABC Pest Control sprayed inside the house and around the yard for bugs. We have been using them for nine months now.

+ -1 moreExtremely bad and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: The guy was late, by almost an hour. He came in, looked at the house and said he wasn't going to do the job. When asked why he said that we had not done the proper preparation like he asked. The only thing we had left to do was grab our cats and some clothes that were on hangers. All of which we were grabbing on our way out. He was extremely rude to us and told us he was not going to keep coming out and that we were irresponsible becasue it was 3 weeks between the first consult and the appointment. That was not true, he was here for the consult day and then as soon as we had the money we called and made the appointment. Basically he was extremely rude and I would never reccommend this company to any one. EVER!!! Even if circumstances were different...he was very rude and he should not being dealing with people if he thinks that it is okay to talk to anyone like that.

+ -1 moreThey are always on time; they take care of us, and keep the bugs away. I'm very happy with them. I don't feel comfortable saying how much they charge me, because I've been a customer for so long, I probably have a different rate. I don't know what they charge their new customers.
Description of Work: I've used ABC of Joplin Termite and pest Control for over twenty years. I have a lifetime contract with them.
