Description of Work: They cleaned all carpets - got out some pretty bad stains. One stain that just wouldn't come out, so they seamed in a marching piece of carpet.

Description of Work: The carpet was soaked when he left and I had to use my own carpet cleaner 4 hours later to remove water from carpet. It looked nice but it was soaked clear through. That can't be good for the carpet.

 + -1 moreI went to the website and used phone number listed there to attempt contact. I got an answering machine that did not make it clear that JNL was who I had reached. I left a message anyway. I reverified the number and tried again with the same result. My call was not returned. I recommend that ALL businesses do their best to assure that web info is always up to date and accurate.

 + -1 moreAwesome! I called on Thursday and they were able to get a scheduled between other jobs. We had just painted our ceilings and walls so we were really wanted the carpets done on Friday or Saturday but forgot to make the appointment. The young man that cleaned our carpet was fantastic. We pointed out a couple trouble spots and he went over them a couple times to really make sure they were clean. Our carpet looks brand new again! The gentleman on the phone had given me an estimate but I had expected it to be more because of the size of our rooms and how badly the were soiled. Nope! The price quoted was the final price. So well worth it. We will have them do our carpets again and again as needed.
Description of Work: They cleaned our great room, two short hall ways and the master bedroom. The gentleman arrived a few minutes early, which was excellent for us. He pre-treated the carpeting and then got right to work. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He was finished in no time.

 + -1 moreIt started out as an emergency work order through my reality company. I had already sucked up the access water so when JNL arrived they came in and vacuumed up some remaining water, then tore up a corner of carpet to set a blower at. Also tore up the majority of the carpet in my walkin closet for another blower. Also attached to my closet was a humidifier. Then they were to come back in 1 day to check on the dryness.
Description of Work: Washer had flooded about a quarter of the house, they performed a steam to avoid molding, pulled up carpet and left blowers and fans, and also cleaned carpet.
