Description of Work: I called them to inquire about cleaning. They said they didn't service my area. I explained that I was within the 30 miles radius that they had on their website, and they hung up on me.

Description of Work: Cleaned our carpet in the most heavily traffic areas.

Description of Work: They cleaned three rooms of about 20x20 and a single staircase. There was also a team that came to clean for their moving out inspection service. It took two hours to clean the carpet and I thought it would take a lot longer. The cleaners took over the house and really did a great job. A touch on the expensive side but hey have a 100% guarantee or they will come back for free to fix the work. Worth it even if a bit expensive.

Description of Work: Horrible my carpets look just as dirty as they were before he came I so wish I could up load pictures. I contacted him and told him how disappointed I was and I sent him pictures. I wanted them clean for Christmas. I at least thought he would respond and offer to come back and make it right but he didn't. Your deal was for 4 rooms of carpet cleaned for $89.00 He charged me $110.00 and did an absolutely horrible job would NOT recommend. I would block him from your list!!! Angie's list is better then this!

Description of Work: It took him less than 30 min to complete the living room and dining room. I asked for the pet cleaner and informed him about some problem areas. He told me that if there was a problem to call back and he would make it right. He didn't vacuum before cleaning the carpet, he asked if I wanted deodorizer but failed to mention it was an extra cost of $25. After 4 hours of drying the pet odor was still there and I contacted Mr. Cox to see if he would fix the issue or refund some of the money. Mr. Cox informed me that my carpet was cleaned and that he did a good job that he knew his product and machine was the best and that is why all the real estate agents use him. He repeated that he knew the carpet was clean when he left. He offered to come and clean again however if it didn't work the first time and with his poor attitude I didn't want him to come back. In his texts he never addressed me properly or apologized for the inconvenience. I took pictures of what I had to pull out of the carpet myself with my own carpet cleaner and sent them to him still no apology or refund only an option to re clean the carpet. Not acceptable, it didn't work the first time you didn't do the job the first time another time won't make a difference.

Description of Work: Initially, I requested light cleaning of my 3 bedroom home. After hearing several good things about Eco-Friendly Cleaning's ability do carpet cleaning really well I chose to have the carpets in my home cleaned as well.
