+ -1 moreThe service was reassigned to another alarm monitoring company. The contract was extended 2 months. The contract ends soon but I will not renew with this company. Since this happened we never felt this installer was honest with us.
Description of Work: Alarms Across Missouri, Rob McMichael installer, never had the service activated with Monitronics Int'l in Dallas, TX. We've had several issues with the system but this time I could not get a hold of Rob so I called the security company who stated we do not have service with them. Our phone number, acct number and address was not in their system. We paid installation and service for the whole year and now Monitronics says we are not in their system and have no service. Stay away from this guy. My battles are just beginning.

+ -1 moreAll I can say is that they did a terrific job for a great price. I got another estimate for the same job which was 400% higher!!! I would recommend Rob to anyone who needs a professional alarm system installed.
Description of Work: Installed burglar and fire alarm system on home and detached garage. The total job included the basic system, plus 10 windows. The garage has a separate key pad and includes two doors, 1 window and a motion detector. The price also included 1 full year of monitoring service.
