+ 1 moreHe is wonderful. I do not live in the area so it is nice that I can call on him and I know he is going to get out there and do the job and also do it right. I would definitely use him for handymen work and also any other work that I need taken care of. I have never met him in person but my dad has, and he has said nothing but very good things about him. To me it says a lot when my dad is okay with this guy doing work on his daughter’s house when I do not even live there. He seems very trustworthy. I talk to him on the phone a number of times and he has always been very professional, very respectable, and I would definitely refer him. His prices have been reasonable and my dad tells me that the quality of his work is very good.
Description of Work: I use St. Louis Carpentry & Remodeling. The person that I deal with is Christopher Silber. I had him do a few different maintenance jobs. He did gutter maintenance and some plumbing on my rental property.

+ 0 moreChris was great!!! We went out of town and left him to come and go as he needed. We came home to a beautiful staircase. I am so happy with his work that we are having him replace our entryway door. I also want to comment on Chris's pricing. His price was VERY fare. He even gave us model numbers on items so that we could see what the manufacturers charged. I cant wait to have more projects for Chris to do.
Description of Work: Chris removed existing stair railing and spindles. Fe refinished the wood and replaced the wood spindles with rod iron.

+ 5 moreWith my little girl on the way, I called St. Louis Carpentry & Remodeling to completely remodel our spare bedroom into a gorgeous nursery that fit my vision perfectly! Chris was always punctual in returning communication as well as when he came to work. The job was done in a about three days! I would refer him to anyone, anytime!
