I called Your Remodel Source to get an estimate on laminate flooring for my mother's home in St. Louis. I was visiting her in St. Louis from Kansas City for two weeks while she recovered from surgery. Your Remodel Source called back and indicated that they would have someone call the same day. Ryan O'Hanlon (owner) called that afternoon and stopped by to provide a quote and take measurements. Later that night he called back to give me the quote and indicated that work could start in one week. We accepted his bid. We stopped at his laminate supply source the next day to pick out the flooring. I called him back to let him know that my mother had made her decision the flooring. In less than five minutes, he called me back to thank me and to let me know that the job could start on Thursday instead of the following Monday. At 10 am on Thursday, Grant and Justin (Ryan's Flooring Crew) arrived to start the job. They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They moved the furniture and old flooring and had completed the first of three rooms by the end of the day. I was very impressed! They arrived the second day around the same time to complete the second room and to prep for the final room, the kitchen. There were some issues in the kitchen with uneven sub-floor and water damage. Grant, the team lead, suggested solutions to even out the floors. We okay'd his suggestions and authorized the additional work to be done. In addition, on the first day, I requested that the old base boards be replaced with new (something not original bid). The next day, they arrived with the new replacement base board. The final result was spectacular! These young men did an excellent job! Their work ethic, expertise and professionalism were stellar. I thought the cost, even with my upgrades, was reasonable! We will have them back to lay carpet on the second floor of the house at some time in the future and will not hesitate to recommend this company to our friends who have flooring needs!

The entire experience with O'Hanlon Flooring was extremely courteous, professional, and communicative. His team was talented, courteous and hard-working. Better yet, they completed a removal and install process while we were still at home. They came up with extremely good ways to work around us and caused little disruption to our daily schedule. Ryan (the owner) should great knowledge with flooring products, how they would work, and what was best for what we needed. His prices were extremely reasonable for flooring (product) and install. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone seriously interested.
