No service was ever done as of this day 09/27/2011 and NO contact from company or money returned!
Description of Work: Upon signing contract 04/01/2011 and receipt of down payment in the amount of $753.00, I have never been contacted for installation date. I have contacted business many times by phone and finally sent a certified letter canceling work to be done as of 08/26/2011. Letter was sent back undeliverable after numerous times, letter was ultimately unclaimed. Phone calls never returned by a Mike.

The windows were exactly as ordered. The crew timely installed them plus cleaned up any debris promptly. I would definitely use them in the future because of the reasonable price and high quality customer service. They supply an 800 number as a convenience. They do not sub-out the installation work.
Description of Work: Installation of new windows plus removal of existing windows and vent. Vent rerouted and installed.
