Shawn is never hard to get a hold of, if he doesn't answer right away he is very quick to return your call that day. He is polite and understands what you are looking for. He is a man of his words...what he tells you he will do, he does. Getting harder and harder to find businesses that treat the customer the way Shawn does. Keep up the good work Shawn. I have found my go to yard guy when I need it. Thanks a bunch.

Shawn is the owner/operator who performs the majority of the services with occasional assistance of one other worker. The primary reason I initially hired Shawn was that I received a couple other quotes from local lawn care services and his quote was 1/2 of what the others were. Even though my primary motivation was price he has certainly not disappointed with the level of service and quality he provides. He is very honest with his pricing and services and very easy going. Our yard hasn't looked this good and healthy in many years. I wish I would've hired Happy Valley long ago. In addition to mow service, I recently employed his services for removing yard waste and debris. We cut down several medium sized trees along with cutting back several bushes and overall yard cleanup. I think he was a little surprised at the volume when he arrived, but without complaint he quickly loaded it all up and took it to the dump. It required 2 trips, but he had it all finished in less than an hour. He even used his blower to clean up all the remaining leaves and debris still left and even assisted us with his chainsaw for a stump we had difficulty getting out ourselves. I called him for this service on a Sunday and he was out that Tuesday to pick it all up, so we didn't have to wait long at all. We have two very large Maple trees in our back yard that produces a huge amount of leaves each Fall and we will be taking advantage of his leaf removal service also. I am so pleased with Shawn's responsiveness and reasonable prices. I definitely feel I get a lot of value out of his services.
