+ -1 moreThe scheduling of the estimate went fine, but they were 20 minutes late (normally not a big deal, but I was getting the estimate before the purchase was complete and had to work around the current homeowners schedule). I was able to get a rough cost while they were on site but never received a formal estimate. I called and texted daily over the next week and a half and was always told that he was on a site or in a different truck and don’t have his notebook available to give me numbers but would send them that night. I never received an actual cost estimate from this company and got tired of chasing them.
Description of Work: Needed a fence put in for a house we were purchasing.

Description of Work: The services were never performed. The provider never showed up even after many phone calls, texts and promises saying they would be out to fix my fence.

+ -1 moreThey made promises they did not keep. Very poor customer service. I had a terrible experience. My gates are rusting, posts are loose, have to pick up one gate to even close it. What a mess.
Description of Work: Added a wider gate for riding mower, Gate was hung on one post which caused the post to come loose. Gate was rusting within 6 months of installation. Replaced a couple of posts that previous fence dealer had put in due to rust. Replaced walk gate that had also rusted, which within about 5 months started to rust again. Have made numerous calls to the company. left messages, talked to a couple of people there, was promised they would come back to fix, and nobody ever called me back or came out. Even talked to the owner and he promised to come out and he was also a no show. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would never recommend them to anyone. FYI, my gate is still rusting through.
