The service tech was very prompt, friendly, worked quickly and got the job done in about 2 hours. He cut out old copper pipe that was leaking and installed new copper pipe with shut off valves. Tested and re checked for leaks before he left. Great job. Plan on using them in the future.

A pipe burst overnight in my house. I called them in the morning after finding their info on Angie's List. They were very friendly on the phone, gave me a rough estimate, and came out a couple of hours later. The plumber that came out was very friendly and courteous. He examined the situation and provided options. He repaired the pipe, and I also asked him to trace that line down to determine if there were a longer term fix I could do. He was able to do that successfully and show me exactly what I needed to know. I'm relatively new to the area and am very happy to have found a go-to plumber. I will definitely use them again.

Doug Bond returned our call asap and showed up when he said, was super nice, hardworking, and thorough. 2 of the 4 other plumbers we called never returned our call, while the other 2 didn't get back to us for several hours. We would definitely recommend Doug.

Bond did a great job when they replaced our sewer line. They were quick and easy to work with. We never had an interruption in service and were in contact with them throughout the job.

My husband contacted the provider who told him he'd gather the information on what was included and fax it to us the next day. A week went by with no information and we contacted our contractor about it. He told us the plumber was in Florida. My husband contacted him again and the next day we were provided with a booklet of papers showing/describing the tubs, sinks, faucets, garbage disposal, hot water heater, etc., that is included in the bid for the house. No explanation on why the weeks delay from the first call. I've done some research online for the individual company information on the tubs, etc., and they seem to be reputable, quality, name brand products. I have to say, at this point, I'm skeptical about this plumber and whether we can count on him in the end. I'll update more after the house is done and we see the quality of the workmanship.

It went very well with Bond. unlike another plumber we had called a couple months before, that later we found was very unreliable. Bond did an excellent job and at a decent price I believe. we called his business and within an hour time he was here and did the work. And if I may add lastly, he was a GENTLEMAN, my husband was not home, so I kina worry at times about who I need to call. Mr. Bond was a total gentleman all the time he was here

Very happy with the job. We did a kitchen remodel, and our contractor hired this plumber to do the work of installing new dishwasher sink and faucet. We had a problem with granite countertop and had it replaced a couple weeks later on a Friday evening, so the sink and faucet had to be redone again. It was 7:00 in the evening and the owner himself came out and did the job so we wouldn't have to go without a sink for another day or the weekend. Very impressed with the customer service.
