They promptly responded to our call and were able to service our water heater right away. Everything was taken care of in a professional manner.

Requested a quote. Took a half-day from work to detail the plumbing job with them. Received a quote several days later. The quote did not include details of the equipment to be installed (manufacturer/model), nor labor rate/install time or warranty info. I asked that the quote be updated with those details. They declined, and then claimed they were "too busy to do so", or to take my job. Waste of my time and delay of our project. Make sure you request a detailed quote and warranty info, and discuss timing up-front.

Rick could not have been better! From the time I reached out for a bid, to the finished product, he and his crew were fantastic. This was for my father, who has some special needs in terms of getting safely in and out of a tub/shower. Rick listened to our needs and came up with a solution that we were very comfortable with and that met the budget. The work was done in a timely fashion and the workers were super nice and always cleaned up before they left for the day. He installed safety bars and a bench to make it easy for my father to get in and out safely. Not only is it very safe and functional, it looks great! Good attention to detail and great craftsmanship. It is rare to find a company that has their act together like this today---it was a real stand-out experience for us! I highly recommend Rick and Advanced Plumbing---no doubt you will have a great experience and be very happy with his work.

This happened on a Sunday morning before Memorial Day, and they came out quickly, fixed the issue promptly and professionally and gave us a bill that was extremely reasonable. I am going to use them from now on for any plumbing job I need done.
