!Scraped gravel from driveway to fill slab base instead of ordering gravel truck to bring some. Poured slab without footer, didn't run conduit for water pipes. 3" low spots on several areas of floor with several humps. Had to hire someone else to grind high spots and fill low spots. Rough Framed cabin then left site for 2 months. Paid for 30 tear metal but he installed 10 year. Put siding on 2/3 of cabin and half of roof. Then left for 2 months before coming back and putting rest of roof and siding on. After firing him had to hire another contractor to take roof off and square up and install vapor barrier underlay. All rough openings for interior doors were wrong size. Had to hire another contractor to fix. Had to dig up sewage line because he didnt connect line to septic. He just stubbed the pipe out of foundation and covered it up. He didnt connect washer drain to system. Had to hire another contractor to fix. Cost me $12000.00 to repair and finish what he was supposed to do. Found out later from locals he does this often!

he was suppose to put a new roof on with grade 1 lumber but he delivered grade 3 lumber and when we told him no on that lumber, he kept the money and left. had to hire a new company.
