Description of Work: Fan on air conditioner had to be replaced. Used an alternate part, telling us the part was no longer manufactured. I ordered the part off-line, the correct part he told us was no longer available. And charged us for installing the correct fan. Had done work for us a few years before, we have since found out he ripped us off by telling us the void were bad. Took the old furnace with him along with all the copper and the door. Charged us over $3,000.00. Thought he was a decent guy. All he did was play on my disability to rip us off. He should be put out of business. What goes around comes around. We have since had the entire unit (inside & out) replaced. Would not trust this company with a thing!

The guy came and took my control board out of my furnace and told me i wont charge you until he orders the part and reinstalls the new part that was the last time i heard or saw of him, between my wife and i we have called them 30 times!!!! We have left messages after messages and have not received any reply. They did answer the phone once when my wife called and she explained to the lady what had happened and she played it off like she had no idea what my wife was talking about that she would call my wife back in 15 minutes and try to figure out what was going on. Needless to say my wife never heard anything back from them not to mention we've called a dozen more times with no luck!!!! I would not recommend these people at all your wasting your time if you do use them!!!

Description of Work: Nothing! I called them to come out and charge my three window units, clean them and also fix my propane heat stove. The woman that answered the telephone told me it wasn't worth their time to come out to my house and that I wouldn't be able to afford their cost (how does she know what I can or can't afford?!) and that I might as well go out and buy new units. I wouldn't recommend them for anything with that attitude! Definitely not good service!

 + -1 moreThe work turned out good. I called them at 7:00 at night, and they were here by noon the next day. The service technician was very knowledgeable, and he took his time and explained what was going on. He was very honest about the estimate and actually saved me from spending more money. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
