The very Worst customer service I ever dealt with. The first time they came out the guy didn’t even say two words to me. I had to ask all the questions he should have been talking to me about. My main problem was my fire place and he told me it was fine. Never even turned it on to check the problem I was telling him about. I Decided to have them order the part I asked for and fix it. Knowing what I needed. That was last week. They gave me appointment time for today between 2-4. 4 came around and no call , no one here, nothing. I called the office and tried to explain that Communication goes along way. I am Aggravated and Julie that answers the phones can care less. She don’t need to call, she don’t know when the guy will be here and tells me we can return the part and not come because I am aggravated. Not once did I raise my voice or curse at her!!! Ask to talk to the manager and he tells me oh that’s not Julie I will ask her and that waiting 2 hours with no phone call is not a big deal and neither is my fire place.. WOW I did curse at him at the end... NOT SORRY!! One thing if you are going to own a company and have people work for you learn how to communicate and have customer service.. And you wonder why your company has bad stars???? 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ If I could have gave 0 stars I would.. This place is a joke!!!!!

I don't know the cost of service. It was under $200, I can't tell you exactly what it was. On the price, they're fair. I've got a really old furnace, and they fixed it and kept it running for me. They've been around a long time. When you call, they can definitely get to you quick.They have prompt service. They're friendly. They do good work. The workers have always been very professional I think they have good knowledge of their trade.

I use Schraer exclusively due to their excellent service, fair pricing and quick response.

They did a great work. We were happy and will not use anybody else for that work. When we moved into this house, it already had a geothermal system, which was not working. The guy found out a warranty that we didn't know it had. They covered the most of the cost there, which was amazing. They were professional and straightforward on cost projection. They were able to work on our schedule. We had no problem when they were done. They cleaned up the mess.

Horrible. I had to beg to get them to come to my house to (I thought) fix my A/C that had fallen off of the brackets it was on. They didn't do the original installation but had told me 7 months before it was installed too close to my house and that's why I was having so many problems with it. I let them move it out on bracket extensions they installed. Seven months later I got up to a non-working A/C that was lying on the ground! It took two days of calling to finally get a repairman out who made an attempt to repair it. The first repairman left after doing nothing and telling me they would be back sometime the next week to fix it. The second one tried the same thing until I absolutely insisted they fix it NOW. He claimed the A/C fell because of the original installation was faulty. In reality it was because they moved the A/C out on the added extensions that had no support under them and the brace pulled out of the wall. Also, they never attached the brace to the A/C which would have given a little support and the A/C might have been saved instead of junked. On top of that when they reinstalled the brackets and put the A/C back on them, one was over 1and quot; lower than the other! I brought that to his attention and he just shrugged. At that time they still thought the A/C was repairable.

The house did not have central air, so they had to install all the duct work and vents before they could install the actual air conditioning unit. They checked out the entire system before starting the unit and then followed up with testing to ensure everything was running correctly and cooling as it should. The entire crew that worked on the installation as well as office personnel were all curtious and professional. They cleaned up any messes that were made and hauled it away.

When I called to make an appointment, I was told a technician would be available as early as within 1.5 hours and was given a 3 hour appointment window. The technician who arrived was pleasant, he quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it within about 20 minutes. I was happy with the quick service and total pricing.

Had a slight problem getting them there, they forgot to right down the original appointment and it had to be rescheduled. They showed up on time the second time and had the job done in record time.

-Service issue took 3 times to find issue -Schraer tested each part replaced and furnace worked for a while (1-3 days) -Schraer was very knowledgeable (seasoned technicians) -Schraer responded pretty quickly -Schraer did not re-charge diagnostic fees -Schraer had parts readily available -Schraer put an old part back in when it was revealed that was not an issue instead of charging for a new one

They were on time and did a great job very quickly.

Bid from plans and site visit. Was the only company who downsized the equipment when adivsed that house would have spray foam insulation. Our electrical bill for August was 85.00 with 100 degree days and we stilll had contractors working which were using the systems. For about 3,800 sq. ft. on 3 floors.

I called, they came out quickly, they fixed the A/C with parts they had on the truck, they were great.

The service went well. I was pleased with their work.

They are coming next week to do the air conditioner check. I would give them an A overall. I would use them in the future.

They did a really nice job. They did a very good job for a good price. I had no problems with them. Three to four years ago I replaced the unit I had in my house and upgraded to a larger system. I have been very pleased with that. I never had their service since I bought the unit from them 4 years ago. Comparatively, their price was very good. If I need anything cheaper, I will have to travel farther, so they are reasonable locally. I never had any problems with them.

We just purchased a foreclosed home. One of the big selling points was the GEO Thermal HVAC system. Unfortunately for us the damage to it was much more severe than we thought. We needed a new compressor and tubing. Not only did they repair the damage but they found a warranty that we didn't know existed covering the repairs. I hope we have no future problems with our system but if we do warranty or no we'll be back!

They called prior to coming, were very professional, checked with their main office on one question he was unsure of.

Called over the Holiday weekend and left a message. Received a call back an hour or two later and was told they could have someone out that day but it would be on overtime so I opted to wait for a regular work day, Tuesday 7/5. I was given a time frame of 11am to 2pm and it was a bit after 2pm when he arrived but not much. He was courteous and wiped his feet before entering the house. After asking for a discription of the problem he went to the outside unit and checked the capacitor and that was the problem, the part was more than the service call but I was happy that he had the part on his truck.

They arrived on time and on the date promised. Installed the whole HVAC system the same day. I checked it out and they did a fantastic job. Tech was professional and polite. Chris gave us all the details up front. The whole system was installed 1400 dollars cheaper than the nearest competitor for the exact same system. These guys totally rock and saved us from a summer of misery..THAnKS CHrIS!1

While returning from a physician's appointment, I was contacted by the company and asked if they could begin servicing on the outside of the home in order to complete the service shortly after I arrived. Service doesn't get any better than that!
