 + -1 moreThe carpets in our home have been down for almost 6 years and had never been professionally cleaned. They get constant use from our two german shepherds and grandchildren. I was almost ashamed to have someone come clean them, but it couldn't be put off any longer. Everything looks beautiful and i couldn't be more pleased with the job done.  + -1 moreThey cleaned the carpets. They did a good job for steam cleaning. The carpets did take a little longer to dry than expected, but they were completely dry the following morning. They moved everything they could move so they could clean the most carpet. I would use them again if I still couldn't get a chem dry company to come out to my area.

 + -1 moreI have lived in my new home for 8 months and my two dogs have been marking their territory in the living room and hall on the carpeting behind my back. The odor and stains were overwhelming in spite of my efforts to shampoo the spots right after I found them. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet with wood flooring or something. While I was away on vacation a family member hired S&S to come look at the job and determine whether it would be possible to take care of the problem. I was pleasantly surprised when I came home to clean, stain free, odor free carpeting. I couldn't believe it possible. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

 + -1 moreI procrastinated calling, but they were able to get me in the next day ( a Saturday) which was great We have 3 dogs, 3 cats, and live on a wooded lot on a lake. Needless to say,this was a tough job, but the carpets look excellent. After receiving a very reasonable estimate, I have already rescheduled them to come back out for window cleaning, and cleaning of some large area rugs. Professional, and a good value. I would recommend with confidence

Description of Work: Cleaned berber carpeting in living room & dining room, paying special attention to an oil stain in living room & a dirt stain from an overflowing plant in dining room [both stubborn stains]. Clean windows across front of the house; 2 double windows [living room, & bedroom, & 1 single window. He warned us that the 2 stains were particularly difficult to remove and especially on berber carpeting, and that he might have to return for another visit. He was right.The stains returned. He returned and treated them again, for no additional cost. In fact for one of the stains he came back twice. The stains are gone to my satisfaction. He did what was required of him. He was friendly and pleasant; prompt and punctual.The windows and screens were pretty bad from spider webs and dust [we live on a gravel road] and they look very nice and it was quick. I would reccomend him highly.

 + 0 morecalled the company a week ago he came out with in a hour the same day .exsplain how he would clean the windows i living an antrim ranch style home the back is all windows . it is very difficult to reach some of the windows to clean them. he said he had ladders that would help him to reach and on the inside the stairs are at an angle he had no problems.
Description of Work: S&S carpet cleaning came out did a awesome job on my windows i have a very large window that is hard to reach he did a great job took the care and time with each window i would hight remend this company. great work
