Description of Work: I hired them to install a deck on my home and it went very well. He drew up the plans and discussed it with me as well as the price. He did go to city hall to get the city permit for me and ordered the lumber and had it delivered. He dug the footing holes, and set the posts and came everyday until the deck was complete. At the very end he hung lighting and even bought a plant to decorate the new deck on my home.

+ -1 morePatios Plus (Josh) called to explain his company was now a supplier of the roofing system and his company was authorized to make repairs. We set up a time for him to come to the house, he arrived on the agreed-upon day, and went over and beyond what was needed to make sure the motor operated correctly.
Description of Work: We had a separate contractor install a louvered roof over our deck which is operated by a motor. A piece on the motor broke, making it inoperable. Patios Plus was the company utilized to fix the motor.
