I was impressed with this company. I had suspect roof damage following a storm and worked with Mike who performed a roof inspection. He was very professional, customer friendly and knowledgeable. It turned out my roof did not require repair/replacement. I further commend for their integrity. If/when I am need of future roof repair I will certainly look to Freedom (and Mike) first.

It went GREAT! I was kept informed and notified about every step of the process from taking estimates to the roof being completed. The work was done in a timely manner, efficiently, and the final result came out AMAZING.

The experience went great as they were very prompt and finished as fast as possible. Everything the company said they would do, they followed through with. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any roof repairs or replacement.

Our home roof received wind and hail damage and needed emergency roof repair. I emailed and left several companies messages. Freedom Roofing was one of the companies. I made those contacts early in the morning with the intent of following up with a phone call during normal business hours. I did not have to call, Ryan from Freedom called me and had his crew on site at 0700 making emergency repairs to protect our home. Once the Insurance Claim was made Ryan stayed involved and in contact with us and the Insurance Company. Ryan met with the adjuster on site, relieving us of the headache. Freedom reviewed the Ins Company's estimate to assure we received the correct repairs needed. Freedom explained the entire process, assisted us in the selection of a new roof. We were provided customer home addresses to go and look at. The day came for a new roof we were kept up to date on the delivery of materials and dumpster, no surprises. While exterior home work is always weather dependent, Ryan kept us informed of the work schedule. The work crew showed up early and on time. The crew was courteous and polite. The crew took great care in protecting our property. The work site was kept clean and professional. At one point we were going to leave in our car, a crew member asked if I could wait just long enough for them to check the driveway for nails and debris to ensure we did not end up with damage or a nail in our tire. They were not even working in the area of the driveway at the time. It is this type of attention to detail and care that we as the home owner appreciated. The workers stayed until the job was completed, one day I believe they worked 12 hours. Ryan came by the after the job was completed to review the work and answer any questions we had. Freedom is a locally owned, Veteran owned, Christian business. Freedom employs local workers from our community.
