They were super prompt, adjusting their schedule to move us in according to our needs. Very helpful and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to hire again if I had painting and repair needs.

The previous owners left our house in disrepair and neglect. Clayton remodeled our house making it better than when we bought it. He was courteous, solved our problems and made us feel like we were his only customer. We had a water leak during construction and Clayton dropped everything to come out at 10:30pm to address the issue.

three men worked on job, finished in a reasonable time.work was satifactory, although had to be called back once to secure outside spiket. workers were friendly yet professional. I was charged a fair price for work done.

Mr. Clayton Schwerdt and his crew were very polite and professional . He made sure everything was covered and that all our new furniture and floors were protected and moved backed into place. He always came on time and finished in a timely manner. When he started our job he gave us a start and finish date so we knew how to plan our days. At the end of every day they cleaned up after themselves and made sure there equipment was not in our way. We did get bids from two other company's and 3 C Construction came in with the best bid. I can truly say my husband and I were very pleased with there work and would recommend 3 C Construction to anyone because they stand behind there word and work. .Then at the end of each day Mr. Schwerdt would check the work performed that day to make sure everything was done properly.

They did a great job, I had to call them back for a few things and they came right over. I call Clay for everything I have to have done, they do a little bit of everything.

Clayton came to our home to give us a bid on a bathroom remodeling and some other odd jobs that we needed done around our home. He was very punctual, professional, and polite. I should note that while we did not choose to have the services performed, his bid was appropriate and timely, and our overall experience was a great one. We will keep him in mind for future jobs.

Able to meet our tight schedule in getting entire interior of home painted. Showed up on time, and when scheduled. Contacted us if he had any questions in order to stay on schedule. Would highly recommend him to others after our experience.

I came in contact with Clayton (3 C Construction) in the Fall of 2009. They started work on my house and did such a timely, reliable and competent job that when finished with my house, I hired them to remodel my mother's two-story house. Their work is always methodically executed, beautiful and precise . Clayton and his employees always listened to what I wanted and then suggested great ideas which went beyond my expectations. They finished both houses in the Spring of 2010. This year I wanted my basement remodeled and I called Clayton. Once again their work was excellent and made the images that were in my head a reality. I can't begin to say enough about Clayton and his company except to say I'm so pleased and impressed I keep hiring them again and again.

3-C Construction (Clayton Schwerdt and Company) put siding on my house in a timely and efficient manner. Clayton and his crew are perfectionists, and if something isn't quite right they take the time and do it again. I was very pleased. Then I hired Clayton to remodel my two-story house. They did such an excellent, timely and outstanding job, I hired them again later to remodel my mother's house. I have such an awesome beautiful kitchen. They reconfigured my kitchen so I could have an island in the center of my kitchen. Also, put in new cabinets, appliances, Sileston countertops, microwave, two ovens, tile backsplash and tile flooring - just outstanding. Remodeld all three bathrooms in both houses. I explained what I wanted and they came up with more ideas beyond my expectations. The new cabinets, tile flooring, and tile showers are just beautiful. Once again excellent work. I had a regular brick fireplace and they reconfigured that by building over the brick with a new mantel, tile and corner lighted shelving and tv above the fireplace - awesome, Repainted the entire inside of both houses. What a great job removing wallpaper, smoothing out all walls and smooth beautiful paint jobs. Put in crown molding throughout both houses. Wood fencing - replaced wood fencing and built a bridge across a waterfall stream in back yard. I know I have forgotten something - oh yes, I have four dogs and they watched out for them when I would have to leave the house. The dogs just loved seeing them. Once again I hired them to finish my basement (bedroom, bathroom, craft area, tv and exercise area, and storage area). They always do excellent work and come up with great ideas. By hiring them over and over explains how satisfied I am with their excellent, timely and wonderful work. They have made remodeling two house fun and exciting!
