I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jake. He was able to help me with a difficult smart door lock install. He was flexible with scheduling and was on time. He came to Kansas City from about 45 mins away. I am very appreciative that Jake was able to get my door working.

fast and efficient

I hired Jake to mount a 40" TV over my brick fireplace. He did a good job and set it all up for me. I was very happy with end result. His efforts were well worth the money.

I had several issues with connecting and setting up a projection system in one room and a whole house sound system and setting up streaming services on two different brands of flats screens. Jake listen, discussed, and made recommendations. When I gave my approval he acted and was quick to get work done. Jake even helped me get another flat screen working that I thought was going to have to be disposed of. Very good experience. He offered to purchase some items I needed, and wrote down what was needed for each situation when I said I would get them myself. I will use him in the future and would recommend him to others.

Update: 08/08/2020 We have come to find out that while mounting the TV in the front room he drilled through a water drain from the upstairs bathroom. Now we cannot take a shower upstairs or flush the toilet until this gets fixed because water pours out of the wall. When he mounted the TV it was clear he had no clue what he was doing because he kept drilling holes in the wall until he finally found a stud. The only problem is that it turns out it was not only a stud he drilled through!!! Now we have a leaking wall and a ton of random holes in the wall.

Great work and fast

Jake was great! He worked hard to get our system and television up just like we wanted and with no wires. He went above and beyond even fixing a drawer for us on our entertainment center. He is trustworthy and will definitely hire him again!
