FOX HEATING & COOLING

Called Thursday morning because my air conditioner, which is still under warranty, stopped working. I was told that I have to wait until Monday for someone to come out and fix it. Now I have to figure something out so my family of 5, not including my unborn child, can be comfortable over this hot weekend.

Wow!!! This 60+ Veteran is so THANKFUL too Tyler and Breyer for their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail in the installation of replacement ducts, furnace and airconditoning units! And now I can access the filter from INSIDE the house. No more having to first go up a wobbly ladder into the attic halfway across the attic to change the furnace filter, then crawl back across rafters not falling through the plaster and lathe ceilings and trying to find the ladder with my foot to get back down! So I won't be needing to purchase the " help I've fallen and can't get up " button. Do you have any idea what a blessed relief that alone is? And they were kind and knowledgeable. Nowadays that's rare. And now BRYANT won't have to try to keep my 30+ year furnace working. I cannot thank the employees of Fox heating and cooling enough. Steve also was wonderful in selecting the best efficient systems so I'll be getting a rebate from the gas and electric company. Who could ask for more!!!!!

OMG, they came right away and did the pipe so no more emptying buckets. At my Son's house Bryant is repairing the air conditioned during a deadly heat wave with heat index's over 115. I am so impressed with both the quality, professionalism and the hometown service and speed. Not to mention the REASONABLE costs as I am now on a fixed income. This company is God sent. Especially since they came up with the solution for the mess the gutter people made by not incorporating the condensation pipe into the new gutters as it had been with the old ones. And at my son's house they are so fast it is minimizing the mildew cause by high humidity in the basement because the air conditioner went out. Due to the speed of their response when everyone needs them because of this dangerous heat wave. A corporation company would not care- this company does. God sent, and just amazingly kind.

The new system was installed one week after I placed the order. The system has a significantly higher SEER rating and was more than $1000 less expensive than the next lowest of four proposals. It was installed in one work day with no glitches or surprises.
