It cost more than it should have but that was my fault because I didn't have everything turned off. It was reasonable. It was fine. He was great. He stayed until we figured out what the problem was.

They came out right away and fixed a very big issue. It was on a home I own and rent out. It had apparently been leaking for a while as it was bubbling out of the ground and very saturated all across the lawn. They got there within 30 minutes of being called and shut off the water and returned thenext day and fixed it very quickly. They had to dig it up as it broke right next to the foundation. I had also called the water company to shut off the water and D&M plumbing actually got there before the water company did.

The carpet about 10 feet from the washing machine was wet but none of the carpet next to the machine. When I called, I was offered an appointment late onthe same date but I couldn't be home. He promised to have someone out between 9 and 9:30 the next morning. At 8:45, the plumber called, came over immediately, identified the program, fixed it and left. He was gone by the time he was suppose to have arrived originally. It was great.

D & M plumbing once again provided me with outstanding service. He agreed to call me 30 minutes before arriving so I could get over to the house. When he arrived he checked everything out and even gave me a little lesson on what to look for. He then bled the gas line and showed me how to do it. He also informed me on the information on the data plate and gave me the contact information in case I ever need warranty work since the water heater is only two years old. D & M Plumbing will be the only plumbing company I use.

The service was great. They were very responsive, and they even offered to come out at 10:00 in the evening to fix my issue. I ended up having them wait until morning, but I really appreciated that they made the offer. The price was very reasonable and he was willing to work with my home warranty. I would recommend them.
