Washer Heaven

I've had my washer repaired twice by this business. Did the washer run after the repair? Yes. Did it came back from his shop missing some parts such as the fabric softener cup and some functions such as the emergency shut off when the lid was raised? Yes, that happened too. So with this repair service, you may gain some functionality but you may well lose some things you're fond of too. This is not the way things should be repaired.

Clay from Washer Heaven is a dishonest, unethical liar who came to my house for a dryer repair and could not fix the dryer. He said the issue was the outlet and that it had NOTHING to do with the dryer. He diagnostically identified the problem within 15 minutes and told me it would be $40 but due to him not being an electrician, he could not fix the problem. He then double checked all of the fuses and breakers and told me he was 100% confident it was the outlet not supplying enough power and that if he wound up being wrong, he would refund me in full. I paid him the $40, and discovered shortly after him leaving that NOW my dishwasher doesn't work either! Clay seemed very adamant that I call him once the problem is fixed so that he could prove he was right. So I hired an electrician who came out and found out within 10 minutes that the problem with the dryer was the door switch which Clay did not even check! I called Clay to tell him the issue, and was met with constant interruption, and he told me that I needed a reality check. I couldn't even explain to him that now my dishwasher isn't working either. Stay away if you do not want to waste money and have other household appliances not work! I do not care about the $40 at this point, I just want people to be aware of this man!
