Overall it has been horrible and our lot looks horrible! When he showed up and started cleaning the lot the first time the plow broke which was earlier that morning. We waited several hours and called him; he tells us he's having his second driver come to clean our lot and he should be there shortly. Another hour or so passes and the driver finally shows up and begins to plow; I was watching him on our cameras in the office and he almost runs straight into the side of a truck! After plowing for awhile longer he can be seen doing donuts in the parking lot and then he almost is hit by one of our customers when the truck runs out of gas blocking the exit completely to our driveway. The part I couldn't understand is why he ran out of gas, our building is attached to a gas station! He can also be seen stopping to talk to several people instead of plowing the lot, and running around playing in the lot. To top all of it off, his boss Joel comes in with the bill and we were charged for 4 hours of work! We paid the money, but after an investigation through talking to employees and customers and lots of camera footage it turns out he was only there for two hours!
Description of Work: The company was paid to clean our lot and lay salt, there's a 2 hr minimum charge plus a $10.00 charge for a bag of salt, and 8 for a pound of cinders.
