Sam's Home and Commercial Inspectors use the latest technology with the good old fashion eyeballs to perform each inspection at the highest level. To ensure every inch of the property is inspected to include structural, electrical, air-conditioning system, plumbing and more. We go the extra mile. Our Inspectors are fully trained by AHIT and InterNACHI as well as certified labs for Radon, Termite, and mold Inspections. We find issues that other Inspectors fail to see. We even have a robot that can get into the crawlspace when humans can't or won't. Let us prove to you that we are the best. We follow the motto, "Let No Man Deceive You".

Samuel was very thorough and did a great job! I didn’t get a good report but I would definitely hire him again. I talked with him today and he was so kind as he was Saturday. Great young man!

Pre buy inspection Sam was very thorough. He discovered mold in the house. Also discovered multiple window leaks broken appliances, lack of insulation broken exterior doors. He could not get underneath the house so he sent his high tech robot underneath the house with camera to check everything. As a result I did not but the lemon of a house saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. Thank you Sam very professional and knowledgeable Job. I would with out a doubt hire him again.
