MARTIN METAL LLC

I contacted Lawrence Martin on July 3, 2015 and he came to my place on July 4, 2015 to see what it was about. We hashed out the details over the next 2 weeks and I signed and sent in the contract. About 3 weeks later he called and asked if August 14, 2015 was okay. I said yes, let's get it done. The roofers (2 Mennonite men and 2 Mennonite boys) arrived the morning of August 14 at 5:40 am. They got started tearing off the existing roof (1400 sq ft) at 5:45 am (it was dark when they started) and finished at about 9:15 am. Then they took a break and had a bite to eat. About half an hour later they started putting on the new roof. At 12:45 pm they were done, so they picked up their things, called their driver, and left about 12:45 pm. It was amazing to me that it only took a little over 6 hours to tear off the existing roof, patch the existing roof with 4 sheets of plywood and covering 2 vent holes about 12" each, and then install the metal roof. These men really knew how to work and they knew how to do the job right. They listened when I said I wanted the ridge caps cut to a point. This is probably the only house with a metal copper colored roof in my area and I am extremely impressed with the results of their hard work!

I went to talk to them about my home and they showed me all the different kinds of tin and all the different colors I had to pick from. Told me what I needed to know about putting metal roofing over shingles and how to space my lumber to screw the tin down.They did a real good job for me.

We called Martin Metal to give us an estimate on removing and replacing a metal roof on a commercial building we own. They came out when they said they would and were very patient answering questions we had. While they were booked out in advance for several weeks they knew we were anxious to have the roof completed as we have tenants in the building. The office people were so helpful at all times and were very professional. We received a call a short time later asking us if it was alright if they came the next day as they had an opening! We were thrilled. The crew came in and we were just blown away by their professional attitude. Watching them work was like watching a well choreographed dance.....not a move or a minute in time was wasted! They completed the project that same day too. Everything was picked up, not a trace of them was left behind. They even neatly stacked each and every one of the panels they removed so we could use them somewhere else. Although they would of removed them had we asked. We highly, highly recommend Martin Metal LLC for any of your roofing needs. We will be using them again in the future!

The crew arrived promptly each morning, worked quietly with minimal breaks and cleaned up all the scrap every evening. They were courteous and professional, willing to answer every question. They even took our satellite dish down and remounted it for us. The roof looks great and we have not had to deal with old roof scraps,metal scraps, screws etc. in our lawn and driveway.
