Description of Work: unclog drain line and remove and replace toilet with new wax seal.

Description of Work: Price includes service call of $68. Hoover located an outlet line and installed a 4" clean out on drain field for access and cleaning. Cost includes all digging and plumbing ports as well as running an inline camera for locating inlet & outlet line to cut any roots that might be blocking drain. Also treated drain field with root killer. We used Hoover the year before to install 2 new concrete risers as our system 24 years before did not have that done. We also use Hoover to clean the motor yearly now. I highly recommed Hoover as we have found their prices to be great compared to another company we used who said they were doing mainteance and weren't at double the cost compared to Hoover's.

Description of Work: One year ago, when the septic aerator unit quit, Hoover Septic, (Eugene Hoover) came out the next day, gave estimate and two options and a week later installed a New Unit per my request. Eugene Hoover instructed me to call him before the warranty was up, before 3/21/15, to clean the aerator blades. Mr. Hoover said that way there would be no charge as cleaning the blades is covered under the warranty. I called Hoover Septic beginning March 1, 2015 everyday up to March 20 to have Mr. Hoover come out to clean the aerator blades before the warranty was up and it wasn't until I started calling 2-3 times a day did he finally showed up the day before the warranty was up at 6 pm to clean the aerator blades. Hoover then tried to charge me a fee. When I showed him the paperwork, about the warranty he was disgruntled. Hoover was Good at Estimating and Installing, but Not Providing the Free Service covered under Warranty.

Description of Work: They fixed our toilet and septic tank.
