Description of Work: Denny & Kelly Gramke worked as a great team inspecting a cabin we were planning on buying. I felt like they did a very good inspection and were very helpful to point things out. They sent us a very detailed report with pictures.

 + -1 moreThey showed up on time and with all the tools required. The husband and wife team were thorough and methodical in their inspection and provided me an explanation when asked. It was clear that Denny's years of experience in the construction industry and doing inspections were invaluable. It can be a bit painful watching someone pick apart a dream, but a home purchase is an experience best done with your eyes wide open. It's a bit like pre-marital counselling. When done right it'll point out potential areas of trouble and you can work through how to handle them before they arrive as a crisis.
Description of Work: Home Inspection, Septic Inspection & Termite Inspection.
