They answered promptly on a Sunday, sent someone fairly quickly, assessed the problem (which was different than I thought t was), picked up the part that was needed from Lowes, and fixed the problem at a reasonable price.

Big 10 Guys responded immediately, scheduled to come in two days, and did an awesome job putting up the fixtures. The workers were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Love that they have expanded to plumbing and home repair! We will definitely be calling them again!
