This company is great. They are professional , responsive to our requests , punctual and very trustworthy. We tried two lawn services before we started using West County Landscaping. First of all is that our lawn always looks great. They apply fertilizer ,aerate, trim our bushes, weed wack, remove brush, and in the fall remove all of our leaves. The guys are polite, respectful and responsive. Scott is a pleasure to work with and will do special projects when requested. I highly recommend this company for all your yard needs!

It's great. They show up and do the job. We don't have to call, bug or wait on them. Love it. It's a birthday gift for my husband each year, who has health issues which prohibit him from doing yard work in hot, muggy St. Louis in the summer.

We have used West County Landscaping for the past several years. They apply fertilizer and weed control throughout the spring, summer and fall months. They aerate and over seed our lawn in the fall. They also mow our lawn when we are unavailable to do it ourselves. They have always been great to work with. I have found their office staff to be extremely courteous and willing to accommodate my requests and help in any way possible. The one time I did have a complaint, they were quick to rectify the situation. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of lawn maintenance.

I have a beautiful patio and lovely garden and walk areas. The plantings are living their third year now, healthy and blooming at all different parts of the year (very well planned!). I continue to use his services. At the end of the patio project, West County Landscaping had figured out a couple of simpler ways to deal with fixing problems that existed, and I was charged LESS THAN the bid price! They did not have to do this, as they had to struggle mightily against weather that year. They also did MORE than I thought they would on a project that we had broken down into sections, simply so that the whole looked good. When I save up more money, I plan to have them complete another side of the house.

Every lawn service is excellent. The lawn always looks clean and professionally done. The mulching job is alway superb!

In a storm last summer we lost a mature Cleveland Select pear tree which nearly came through our front bay window. West County Landscaping had any removed any evidence that the tree had ever existed within 24 hours! This excellent responsiveness was the same as experienced in the past with this company with their lawn maintenance service.... I highly recommend them.

The experience has been very good. They have done it about 5 or 6 times and I am very pleased. In the fall I'm going to have them do lawn cleanup and leaf removal. I will use them for at least this whole season.

Having moved from Minnesota I thought that maybe in STL I could get by without a snow removal service. A day prior to a big storm I decided otherwise. Based on review on Angies List I contacted these people and left a voicemail. 48 hours later, and after the storm they contacted me to say that they were not taking on new customers. This was not disclosed on their website or their voicemail message. With this kind of customer service, they would not last one snow season in Minnesota. Pure amateurs. Will not be calling them for lawncare either.

The service was okay. They cleaned up really well after themselves which was appreciated.

I called the provider mid-April and asked for an estimate on mowing my lawn, fertilizing, muching, and spring clean up of leaves. Someone came out and looked at the yard. He agreed to provide estimates on the mulching and the spring clean up. After that I was mailed an estimate of mowing and fertilizing. The list of services contained in the agreement included the spring clean up and muching but no prices on those two items. I agreed to the two services which were priced. The lawn was mowed once and no one returned for two weeks at which time I called again to ask that they cut the grass. I was given the reason that it was too wet from all the rain we had. This I could understand but for the fact that my neighbor's lawn service providers had managed to cut their yards. Several weeks later, when there was still no estimate for the spring clean up or mulch, I called and expressed my dissatisfaction. I informed them that I was cancelling the service. Fifteen minutes later I received a call back from a gentleman who said that he had my estimate for mulch and leaf clean up. He acted as if he did not hear about my cancellation of the services (it is a small place). He told me that the area I wanted cleaned up was weeded and that was not what they considered spring clean up. (They initially came out in mid-April when the area was just leaves - but no estimate until mid-May when the area was overgrown) I told him as much. That was the end of the conversation. Several weeks after I received an invoice for services received ($170.00) with a $1.00 finance charge!

I contacted West County Landscaping and scheduled them to come out on May 30th. Scott came out and we went over the yard and what My husband and I wanted done. Scott was very personable and informative and said that he would email us an estimate in about a week. On June 26 we had not received an estimate and I had to call the company for a status. I was informed at that time that the company had lost some personnel and that they were a couple of weeks behind and that if I was in a hurry I should find someone else and not wait. I told her we could wait a few more weeks. Today is July 2nd and still no estimate. It`s time to find another Landscaping company that wants our business.

They have taken care of us for 3 years. They do a great job, and they work well with my in-laws. We never worry--they just do it without an issue.

The crew was very prompt. The only hiccup was there was a little damage to some of the yards. But the owner was very apologetic and offered to repair any damages. I am not sure if the damages have been repaired, but overall the company is very professional and reasonably priced for this service.

The representative of the company scheduled an appointment with me promptly. He was on time and courteous. He brought a gentleman with him who would perform the work and introduced him. I advised him that I wanted 4 bushes planted and 2 transplanted in addition to dark mulch in all the beds. We agreed on a date for the work and the company was there as promised. Everything was done in a workman like manner. We paid one-half when we contracted for the job and another one-half upon completion. We were pleased with the work.

I contacted them the first week of August, but they said they weren't yet scheduling. I waited until the last week of September, but they never called back. Thus, I called them, and they responded right away.

West County Landscaping did a terrific job all around. This was the first time I had used them and was nervous about changing landscaping companies. Those fears were quickly erased as the WCL team went to work. They were professional and prompt, taking great care of my landscaping. Everything looked fabulous...and still does today.

They came promptly and took care of ice in an fairly good manner. They were very professional and they were able to remove almost 3 inches of ice without damaging any of my property.

I recommend West County Landscaping LLC. Do a really good job taking care of my lawn, and flower beds. Their prices are reasonable. Their responsive, he will call to make sure the yard is doing good. I will continue to use them in the future.

My overall experience with them is limited to a brief telephone conversation with them.I appreciated them returning my call, however since none of the other three companies did. The woman I spoke with was very courteous and professional.My only disappointment was that they didn't cover the St. Charles area.

Scott (President of WCL) called right away to schedule services that I requested through Angie's List. Although we waited for services longer than expected, WCL has gone above and beyond in customer satisfaction upon their initial service by giving us detailed reports concerning lawn care and treatment, as well as cleaning up any leftover application after treatment. WCL provides a good balance in customer care by calling only when needed and listening and responding to customer concerns as well.

They do a great job. It's an acre and a quarter so I give them an A on price.

They are very responsive, do a good job, and are reasonable.

They were very responsive and professional. We even signed a contract, which is similar to a form of insurance. The agreement means that they'll come out as many times as need during the winter for one flat fee. However, if there isn't need for their service during the winter a refund isn't issued. This could be a drawback for some, but I think the price of the agreement is reasonable.

The experience was very good. I received a call back from the company and was able to schedule an appointment. I also received an email with the proposal. The work was done well and on the appointed day.
