Was on time. Did great work. Bought service contract.

The services were great, no problem whatsoever. I did pay about $50 to have them to remove it. They were reasonable, prompt, and professional. Only one came out to do the work and it took him about 10 minutes to get in the attic and retrieve the cage. He left the cage there for a week and retrieved it within that time frame. They were the only company I have ever used.

Whatever the cost of it was for them to come out and bring the box or whatever to catch and animal whatever it is and take it away but when they got here they told me that they thirty nine dollars was only for them to bring the box to the house to catch anything if anything and if I caught anything then it would be fifty dollars but I really didn't see that in the ad has I looked at it I didn't see all I took it for was for the amount that I paid for the item that everything was incomplete as far as you bring it out and if they catch something they just take it away but when they came out if I don't catch nothing then it would just be the price that it cost me for the coupon but if anything got caught then it would be fifty dollars.

Placed a screen over 2 openings that was it. No through inspection ladder was not suitable so never even looked or inspected the attic.

The Angie's list coupon said they would do an inspection and "set traps" When he came to the house he said the mouse traps were not included. I thought that I must've misread the coupon so I accepted that. He wanted to charge me an extra $100 to set three traps. Later, I read the coupon which was crystal clear that it did include mouse traps. I wrote to the company and they did not respond. on the upside it ended up being worth the $39 I spent for the inspection portion. He was able to give me two useful pointers. Nonetheless, it said it included traps and they did not give me the traps. I believe this was dishonest and the fact that they did not respond after I wrote to them reinforces It.

They were very responsive and arrived right on time for the appointment. He was very thorough, inspected the area and gave good explanations on what he could do. We haven't caught anything in the trap(cage) yet, but when he returns he will secure the openings to keep other critters out. He also let me know of other services that they provide that we could use, but wasn't pushy at all about it. I used a deal bought on Angie's List and they completely honored it without any extra costs. I will definitely use them again.

Everything went as expected. They were very thorough. We have not had any issues since the first treatment. We will definitely use them for future projects.

Jake did a thorough job and asked if there was anything else I needed him to do. He was very polite and pleasant. He was careful and did an excellent job cleaning up.

They are friendly, easy to talk to professionals who I would recommend. They treated my house for ants and mice. After a few weeks I did notice a few ants had returned (we had a lot to begin with). I called B & D and a day later they were back at my house, treated the situation and then I was good-to-go. No charge for the follow up visit either.

They gave me instructions on prepping the home for the extermination, they told me that it would be a two step process the first to kill the fleas and the second to get any eggs left behind. After the initial treatment the fleas were gone and we have had no problems since. The technician was very professional and courtesy.

My yard was getting torn up by moles and after trying all DIY's and store bought products I could stomach, I called B & D and made an appointment. The technician was on time, courteous, and professional. He walked through the yard with me, listening to me rant about the moles as I showed him where I knew of activity and he identified areas he felt needed to be treated as well. He explained what he was doing and why and then got to work. I noticed immediate improvement with the first visit. After three visits I had no more mole activity. On the last visit I asked if they could help me out with my neighbors yard for a little extra and since they had extra time before their next appointment they took care of that for me even though it was not planned. B & D Pest Solutions did a great job for me with a problem that had been driving me crazy! I will definitely recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors!
