All in all, I thought the service was good, however their weekend on call service stunk. Mike, our repair man, was wonderful, and I would highly recommend him. Calls made during the week were returned promptly, and they were the first plumbing company I called that could take care of the problem within a very short amount of wait time. However, when I had a problem with the repair over the weekend, no one returned my emergency pages (left 3 number messages) and a voice message on the owners voice mail. I had to call back on Monday, and then the call was quickly returned, and the problem was corrected.

The plumber was on time, professional, polite and was reasonably priced.

I thought the price was a little high.

Brian worked efficiently and quietly. He protected our rugs with a tarp so that he would not track dirt on them. He clearly explained the work he had done. I am pleased with the outcome of all the jobs he did. I do not know if the hourly charge is high or low or medium. I am guessing that it might be a little high, but the work was well done and I fell that I trust that the company will back up its work. That is very important to me.

Are very attentive to my needs and always come when they say they will. Very trustworthy and honest.

The company representative was friendly and knowledgeable. He had extra parts needed on hand and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely use them again!

The firm replied, and stated that the work could not be installed to code. I sent two followup emails asking for clarification, but they did not bother to reply.

The plumber arrived as scheduled and removed the old sink and faucet. Unfortunately, taking the old sink out was not very easy and there was slight cracking of the countertop. The entire job took about 4.5 hours. The plumber cleaned the work site and was polite and helpful.

Mike, the plumber, showed up at our house early in the morning, quickly fixed our issue, gave us some advice on some potential issues, and cleaned up everything to perfection. He was very polite, very informed, and did a fantastic job.

The person answering the phone was very nice and I got an appointment within 2 days. Al was on time, wore shoe covers and worked hard. He was polite but not chatty.

They quickly found the problem, he had the right equipment on his truck and it was fixed in no time. We are so appreciative!

Tom was the scheduler who kept me up to date on all changes in their scheduling. He was friendly and did an outstanding job calling when his plumber was delayed (called me 3 different times to update me). 3 different plumbers came to my house to resolve various problems (Chris, Brian, and Darrell). All were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Darrell had to break out a concrete floor to replace the floor drain and kept the area clean and took away all of the trash. He also did a great job replacing the concrete. Brian and Chris worked on the other issues and although the repair on the shower valve proved to be a little tricky they spent time to explain the different things they were doing to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend them to people that have large or small jobs.

Because both Angie's list & a friend who was using this company as a result of your listing recommended Laughlin, I called & asked that they come out & give me an estimate on 2 items: problems with water coming from sink faucet & problems with stack in basement. Person who answered the phone said his partner was out, but someone would call back (I left my name and number, of course). No one did call back nor did I, since I believe I can find plumbers who: (1) are willing to commit to a visit for an estimate, and/or (2) will tell you they are too busy, work only on jobs that require a $500+ possible fee, or (3) don't travel to where I live. I definitely got the impression after speaking about my situation that it seemed rather unimportant. The plumber I finally hired indicated Laughlin does mostly commercial work now. My job was not that "firm/promised" or lucrative I guess. Disappointing.

Mike did a great job. It took a little longer than I'd hoped, but the outcome was well worth it. Plumbing is expensive, but at least I got what I paid for. This hasn't always been the case. I will use O.J. Laughlin Plumbing again.

Fantastic. This was my first try using the List, and I couldn't be happier. Laughlin got to me the next business day, were on time, and were very friendly and helpful. The plumber also showed me how to fix some other leaky valves we have.

As usual, O. J. Laughlin did an outstanding job for us. Chris, the plumber, was extremely polite and knowledgeable and was able to immediately diagnose our sump pump problem and had the materials with him to replace it.

Excellent. They were on time, knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions, willing to explain what he was doing, honest, not in hurry, polite, respectful, clean, well dressed for working, and was obviously a good, honest, and competent man.

THEY'RE PRETTY GOOD. THEY KEPT THINGS NEAT AND CLEAN AND HAD THE PARTS ON HAND. THE WORKER WAS FRIENDLY AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THE WORK WAS DONE AND SIMPLE. THEY DISPOSED OF ALL THE JUNK THAT WAS IN THERE AND THEN THEY LEFT ONCE HE WAS SURE IT WAS WORKING.

HE WAS VERY POLITE AND CLEAN AND PUT DOWN TARPS UNDER A LADDER HE USED. THE WATER AND DRAINS RUN GREAT. HE TRIED DILIGENTLY BUT WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE CAUSE OF THE WATER SPOTS WITHOUT RIPPING OUT THE CEILING.

They are very professional, and they followed through on everything.

Setting appointment for addressed problems went smoothly. Promised phone call to confirm more exact time was received. Plumber was cordial, professional and very knowledgeable. Efforts for cleanup was made and all questions answered and all problems repaired. Received the Angies 1st time 10% off, but the rates appear to either have gone up or reported inaccurately on anothers review. Only surprise was that the rate is actually $95/hr currently, not $85.00, but still $5/hr. cheaper than most.

They were referred to us by our contractor who had done work with them in the past. We explored other bids and they were extremely competitive. They were on time and respectful. They also did a good job cleaning up after.

The work was completed in a satisfactory manner. The plumber was experienced and courteous and arrived on time. He took the time to advise me on trouble shooting problems in the future.

We were very impressed by the professionalism of our technician who knew what the problem was, had the materials to fix the leak, and did the job in a very short time. We will use this company again if we have a plumbing problem.
