My husband was very pleased with this company and with the plumber they sent out for our job. The estimator was very helpful, and we received an estimate right away. We had the work done before Christmas even though we called them out the end of November. My husband checked toilet prices at Lowe's, and they were able to match the amount for us. This was an all day job.

This is the 4th time we have used this company for our plumbing needs. They come within a day or two and this visit was no exception. They are on time and Mike completed his work rapidly and professionally. No more running toilet keeping us awake at night. Priceless!

Mike K. the workman that did the work was fast, efficient, friendly. He did an excellent job of replacing the shut-off valve that was broken by the irrigation company that attempted to perform a back flow test and purge of the system at the end of the season. His workmanship was great. He arrived on time and finished in an hour.

They sent two employees, one for the upstairs toilet and one for the downstairs sewer drain. They showed up at 7:30am and 8am. They knew exactly what they were doing. They charged only one service call fee, even though there were two employees. Men were knowledgeable and got the job done extremely quickly. I would call them in a heartbeat.

Overall great response. The serviceman was here in approximately one hour following my call. He was polite, worked efficiently, and did a good job of cleaning up a considerable mess. My only disappointment was not with the response or quality of work, but with the fact that the job was not guaranteed at all, due to the fact, it was explained, that the cause was determined to be roots. It seemed to me that a guarantee for a reasonable amount of time would be reasonable - thinking that it would take longer than several months for a root strangulation problem to recur. If there's a next time, I will explore that prior to agreeing to service.

They were very thorough and covered everything so it kept the dust down. Their charges were very reasonable. They came out promptly and we were happy with their service.

The two men arrived when they said they would, advised about what the problem was and how they planned on fixing it, performed the job, and we have not had trouble with our pipes since.

I never got a return phone call from the company.

The work was excellent. The plumber showed up on time and was the best dressed plumber I have ever seen. He put booties over his shoes even though they were clean. After he had repaired the regulator, I showed him a faucet that leaked. I had a new faucet for him to install but he was able to fix the leaky one for $10! When the man from my spinkler system came to shut off the system he complemented the work that the plumber had done on the regulator.

Great. They showed up on time and they performed the work well. I was concerned that the bath tub was draining slowly, but they checked it and said it was fine. That made me more comfortable that they are a trustworthy company.

Mike arrived and was very clean immediately. He assessed the situation and pulled the toilet. He then realized that the previous owners had tried to fix a cracked collar in the toilet and it was probably going to leak. He then had to replace the whole collar by cutting a hole in my ceiling in the half bath down stairs. He didn't have the part on his truck, but someone from the shop drove out and gave him the part. He worked fast and efficently, cleaned up his mess and even cleaned under where the toilet had been seeping. He did an excellent job with a unanticipated problem. I expected the bill to be more and was pleasantly surprised when it was only $335. I would hire this company again just based on the honesty of the plumber who came to my house. I appreciated finding the problem and fixing it in a timely manner.

The technician was on-time, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He took care of the job in a timely manner and was very professional in his work. We had no further problems with the sink.

Very well. They scheduled an appt. right away that fit into my schedule, they are prompt and professional, and they did the work required.

Overall, I was very pleased. Both the plumber and the company representative that I spoke with to make the appointment were very professional and friendly. The plumber arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in about 30 minutes.

Chris was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. He left the house as clean as he found it.

Showed up same day as I called for leaking toilet. I was able to use the coupon without a problem. It ended up being a hose which fell into the minimum charge. The gentleman did not make me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to change a simple hose, which I appreciated. I would definitely use this company again.

The initial visit was a little delayed due to a mandatory meeting. Minor inconvenience, however it did cost me 1/2 day of vacation. Brian was very quick to diagnose the situation and reschedule a return visit for the actual repair. He was on time for the second visit and had everything he needed to complete the job. Went a little longer that the initial estimate, but he ran into a few problems. He was thorough in cleaning up and was very patient with my kids and the pets too! Final bill was less than the verbal estimate.

Wanted bid on new home construction, and I left it with them on 8/18 as requested. No one called. I called maybe on the 29th.....and then today, 8/31, I got a message that they were too busy to bid my job. I was to call them, and they would mail back my plans. So, Angie's List works!! Everyone is keeping them busy! I know they tried to work w/me, they were nice, yet I wish they could have told me upfront that they were too busy. I think they could have called me before the 2 weeks I waited to tell me they couldn't do the job. And, I'm glad they let me know.

While he was here (on Wednesday) to replace the washer, I asked if he might look at the diverter valve to see if there might be an easy fix to improve the water pressure in the shower. He broke the diverter knob off the and when he left water was leaking into the drywall in the lower level bathroom. I discovered the leak the next morning. I called OJ back on Friday morning and was told that the plumber would come out Friday afternoon. He called at 4:15 (after I sat at home all day waiting) to advise he could not make it out on that day and he would come on Monday. Calling this late in the day guaranteed I would be able to do nothing about the leak before the weekend. All other plumbing companies were by now closed. He came out on Monday and did repair the leaking valve. However, the drywall in the lower level is damaged as a result of the leak and the diverter knob is still broken off. The company made no offer to do anything about the damaged drywall or to replace the diverter knob.

We were happy, their service was good. I would recommend them.

The plumber was helpful and prompt. He seemed to know what he was doing and completed the job well.
