Once I called them, they were there within 2 hours. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They got the job done quickly and there was no mess left behind. Their prices are very fair. I have used their services before and am very impressed with their quality of work.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. They were easy to get a hold of and schedule an appointment with. They arrived on time to do the job and were very courteous while they were in my home. I would gladly recommend this plumber to others.

I thought they did a good job. They were reliable and finished in a timely manner. The people were good to work with as well. I thought they were very cheap for all the work that was done.

The owner called within a few hours of my email. The appointment was made for the same week. I asked and was told that whatever work needed to be done could be done on the same day--no initial estimate and then another appointment. The plumber arrived on time and completed rebuilding the toilet in a little over an hour. He cleaned up the bathroom and, also, explained exactly what was done. The actual cost was much less than the first estimate and didn't require a second appointment. Because I mentioned finding the company on Angie's List, I received a discount.

The technician they sent was very professional, knowledgeable, worked quickly yet efficiently. I was concerned about sewer back ups. He explained to me that it would be very costly to me and not necessary. He went out of his way to be honest and save me some money.

I was contacted by O.J. Laughlin representative who set up day & time for plumber to do work. The plumber, Brian, arrived on time on designated day, reviewed all the work requested. Brian proceeded to do all the jobs. Shower job required a second visit after tile work was completed by another person recommended by the plumber. Overall the job was completed in a timely manner with cleanup. The Plumber was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I am very pleased with the shower and toilet and all other work completed.

Shower was leaking behind the wall and down into basement. The Mix-et valve was unable to be taken apart for repair because of mineral build up. We are going to replace the entire bathroom and just wanted the dripping into the basement stopped. We called on a Friday and O.J. Laughlin sent out a plumber first thing Monday morning. He was neat, clean and right on time. He did the work very efficiently and quickly. I had questions about whether other work should be done but was advised not to because of cost and it not being really necessary at this time. The total cost was less than the ballpark estimate that I was given on the phone. Very good experience.

They came within two days of me calling. They came right when they said they would. They were very pleasant and did the job well.

The work was excellent! I would definitely use them again. The workers were prompt and courteous and did quality work. Work was done in stages around our schedules so we could at least have one working bath. Some demolition of the walls had to be done but was held to a minimum to reduce impacts to the house. Bob was patient with our delays in selecting fixtures and offered good ideas. Bob even did some extra work for free beyond what the bid called for.

They were very prompt, courteous, and I would use them again; I really like them.

They said they would be at my house at 7:45am on Tuesday July 17. They arrived early and after looking at the project, got to work. Had to saw out a little of the marble out around the on/ off valve and cut the water intakes off old cartridge. He soldered new fittings on and put the fixture I had bought on. Took him a couple hours and detailed to me everything he was doing.

I didn't get competitive bids for this project because it was relatively minor, so I choose OJ Laughlin based on their Angie's List reputation. The workman came on-time and got right to work. I originally had thought that just the hose Bibb itself needed to be replaced, but the workman found that the pipe leading to it was iron that would make the water from the hose unsafe for drinking and he recommended replacing that do, which I agreed to. He was very courteous, very concerned about not tracking dirt through the house, and worked fast. When he was done, he explained to my wife how to winterize the hose Bibb. We are very pleased with the work performed. He also looked around our basement to make sure that we did not have any other unsafe pipe.

I called Laughlin Plumbing based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law that I needed an anti-knock valve. Mike patiently waited while I attempted to recreate the situation where the noise occurred. About 15 minutes later it happened as he had his ear to the tank. He then spent quite some time explaining the workings of the water heater and why there was no reason for me to have any concern about the noise I was hearing. He did say there was something he could try, installation of a reserve tank, but since there was no danger to the water heater, or my home, the cost was unnecessary. Mike assured me I did not need a new tank and anything else he might try would most likely not eliminate the noise but would add cost. He did tell me what to request for my future installation that would likely prevent a recurrence but education was apparently my only real need. Traffic did make Mike 15 minutes late but for a plumber, that's practically on time.

I was warned that it might take a while to schedule, but they were able to accommodate my request in a week. Per the video and the plumber's explanation, it turned out that the prior plumber's opinion that the pipes were out of line and that was why the sewer pipe backed up was unfounded.

They did a really good job. He was able to solve my problem for my very old toilet!

All the people associated with the company that dealt with were professional. and courteous. The work was scheduled 2 days after my call. The technicians were punctual and proficient. I was totally satisfied with the work.

They were very nice from the guy in the office to the technician.

The project was done very well and clean. You could not tell they were in the house.

They did a good job. They actually tried to help me over the phone on a weekend then recommended waiting for them to actually do the work because it would be cheaper. I would use O J Laughlin again.

They were just great. The service tech was very polite, friendly and seemed very competent. I don't know about the price but I've already recommended them to several friends.

They guy put down rugs, before he even walked in the door and also put one in the tub. He did an excellent job.

This is the second time I have used this company. Mike is very professional, clean, and keeps his work tidy. He had to chisel out part of our counter to repair an improperly installed faucet. He did an excellent job and was very quick and friendly. He completed the job within 2 hrs and everything was cleaned up when he left.

They said they were too busy and were 'not interested' in coming to give a bid, even when I said that time was not a problem and I didn't care how long before they could come out. I find this attitude a bit strange and unprofessional, though I guess one could at least say they were honest.
