O.J. Laughlin Plumbing did the plumbing work from diagnosing the initial problem to replacing the toilet, removing and replacing old cast iron stacks, and updating the valves and faucets on the vanity. Their work was prompt, on budget, and exceptionally responsive to our requests for fixing of numerous additional bits of work. Check this, tighten that, fix the washer there, and so on. We have used them for many years and continue to find them superior.

Very good, on time, professional. I would ask for the same person again. Put booties on when came into the house. Cleaned up good. Answered questions well.

They were very competent workers and did a very professional job. They did suggest for us to do some other work, but when they said it wouldn't hurt anything, we just let it go. They did get finished quickly so it didn't cost us an arm and leg.

I have used them on numerous occasions as my home is 50 years old. They are a well known company in the area. Their pricing is comparable to others as it is about $90 per hour. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost for this particular service call. I appreciate their willingness to come in emergency situations. They complete quality work in a timely manner.

We first had the water heater replaced and liked them so much that we asked them back out to perform some small plumbing repairs on our bathroom sinks and a toilet. Overall, they are prompt, work very quickly and professionally and are reasonable. Their plumbing knowledge is also vast!

I would give them an A minus. They were very punctual. They got right over here and took care of it. They were a bit pricey, but the important thing was that they got the problem solved.

I thought they were really good. He was reasonable in his price and he picked up after himself and left the work area clean. He was a very nice man. Plus, the work was done very quickly.

We have an older house and we have needed to have OJ Laughlin come out about 4 to 5 times this year for different issues. They are accommodating on the phone and reliable. They have been on time, every time.

The plumber was courteous and professional. He did a thorough assessment in order to locate the problem. He made small fixes to rule out the exact location of the leak (two bathrooms were side by side so it took some effort to locate the source of the problem). I was afraid he would have to tear out a bathroom wall but it wasn't necessary. I was very impressed with the company's customer service and the quality of workmanship and 'know-how" of the plumber. When he eventually found the problem (leaking drainpipe in the base of the shower), he had the parts on hand to fix it right away. He was very tidy and protected all surfaces in my kitchen. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I found this company through Angie's List and this was my first experience with them. I was very satisfied with their services and quick response time. I will contact them again for my plumbing needs.

First, the response from the office was immediate. No extra charges for "emergency service" and they made an appointment for the next morning. Mike showed up a few minutes early, came right in and got to work. He must have been here at least an hour, running up and down two flights of stairs, telling me every step of the way what he was doing and why. After he'd tested and inspected everything, he gave us the bad news - it wasn't our plumbing at all. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a problem involving our tiled shower walls and deteriorated, leaking grout. Fortunately, Mike was honest about it, told us our options for repairs and made no personal recommendations until after we told him which one we would choose. Mike also gave us the name of a remodeling company Laughlin works with before he left. I was surprised and grateful to finally find a professional, quality plumber. His honesty and willingness to spend time explaining problem and solution is what really sold me.

Everything went well, although the new vanity had to be "coerced" into its enclosed place. The project ended up being a full-day. It did take longer than I had anticipated to get the job scheduled, and at one point I was beginning to wonder if my project had been overlooked. Had it not been for the large number of other "glowing" reports, I might have been inclined to look at some of the other contractors listed. But it was not a job that had a deadline and needed to be done by a specific time. All worked out in the end.

I really appreciated the work he did for me. He even showed me how to unclog the bathtub myself so I would not have to call him for that. He was great and he was there when he said he would be. He called before he came that day and he was really good.

I am very happy with them. He did a good job and the shower head was a tricky one to do, but he got it done correctly. The dripping faucet is fixed and I am happy with his work. I will use them again.

We thought the plumbing behind the wall was the problem, but he said it was not. There was a problem with the valve in the tub. He said it wasn t from the pipes. He was going to charge us $85.00. When I told him I was on Angie's List, he gave us a discount. I thought $85.00 was a little expensive for just checking out a problem.

I had used them once before and it was a great experience. Now that we were moved in our new home, we chose to update to the new commodes they recommended in our first encounter. When I called they told me their hourly rate for labor and I had them come out. They had told me they would install them and take away the old commodes and mess and dispose of them for me. I came home from work to find everything hauled out to my garage waiting for me to take care of. I called them back and they were going to come out and clean up for me. However, coordinating with my schedule made it apparent to me it was not worth all the extra hassle. Since they did so well the first of two visits, I would give them another chance. They did give us good advice.

When I called, I thought I had a problem with my garbage disposal. They came right out the next day and arrived on time. He took about 3 hours and said he had to move some pipes to get it in. I also found out then I had a clogged drain and that he was not able to fix that, they would need to send someone out from their plumbing department. They set a time for the next day and came on time and took about 50 minutes of work time. I was a bit disappointed that it took two visits since I was expecting that most plumbers would be able to do both of those jobs. What did surprise me was that they didn't need to be paid right then. They sent me a bill a few weeks later.

I thought that the price wasn't excellent, but it was reasonable for the work that was done. They are very punctual and professional. They did good quality work and I would recommend them.

I called this company one day and the next day they came out, gave me an estimate and fixed it right then. It only took them a couple of hours. I loved that they responded quickly, they were very courteous and knowledgeable.

O J Laughlin did a great job and they offered advice on the new toilet. He sold me a good one and it works fine and I have not had any more problems. He gave good tips and solved the problem. I would use them again.

We give them an A plus. They came right out to do the work and got everything fixed quickly. They were nice and polite and were very professional. We were lucky to get them as they really knew what they were doing.

I was not too pleased with them. When I called I found that two brothers own the company and they are a plumbing company, but when I needed sewer work done one of the brothers owns his own business on the side. So when he came in a truck and I didn t recognize the company name and it was not who I called, I was confused. They didn't specify that another company was coming. Then when they did the work, he decided to touch my washing machine without my permission to run water through it and he got finger spots all on the digital board of it. When I called them they sent someone to clean it off and he could not even remove it with a solution he had. So now my washing machine is messed up and he had no right to mess with it; they were not here to fix my washer. It was just unnecessary things and I am upset.

I liked them. They were very professional and had fair pricing. They were very honest regarding what they could and could not do and did not try to mislead me or get me involved in an expensive service that I did not need.
