When he arrived he was prompt and friendly. Yet, when I called back two times at least, he would never follow up with me. I don't know what the story or problem was with this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

When I called and described the work, the service representative scheduled an appointment immediately. The plumber showed up first thing on the morning of the job and was done in a couple of hours. He was very professional, careful to protect the floor and sink, and did exactly what was needed. I have talked to them about another job. He also took $10 off the bill when I told him I got their name from Angie's List.

They unplugged the toilet but it got plugged again and I called them back and they charged another hundred dollars for them to come back for the labor. I thought they were high priced. Otherwise they are fine. We have used their services before and the work is good.

They were educational in how to maintain what they had just done, so that it wouldn't happen again in the future. They were really helpful, in understanding the differences in product lines for future faucet purchases.

It went just fine. His name was Brian and he had been out here before. He is very good and very neat. He is also very efficient. He also fixed my bathtub.

From the first phone call to the service experience, all went great.

The plumber was very good and knowledgeable. He actually took the time to explain what was wrong and how we could fix the items later should a problem occur. Also he was very responsive. He called back in one business day. It only took him 5 minutes, but his charge was for one hour. Parts were seven dollars and the rest of the cost was for labor. If I have a larger job later on down the line, it will definitely be worth the price.

I called on Monday to get an estimate to replace my garbage disposal. Was immediately connected to a knowledgeable guy who gave me an estimate and set up an appointment within the week. Mike Luebbert showed up on time, laid out a blanket to ensure the floor was protected and kept clean. Mike worked very efficiently and provided recommendations. It took an about an hour to replace disposal and he cleaned up afterwords. I felt very comfortable with Mike in my house and would definitely utilize again for plumbing work.

The contractor was prompt and knowledgeable. He cleaned the drain and showed me some of the problems that contributed to the flooding.

My basement flooded in June 2008 for the first time in this 10+ year old house. When we bought the house it just had a sump pit and we decided not to install a pump unless it flooded. Well it finally did! I got 3 quotes for a sump pump. One was as high as $1100. Another was about the same price as this one but they didn't even have a listing in the phone book which made me uncomfortable. O.J. Laughlin was fantastic. They quoted a price of "about $500" so I was pleasantly surprised to get the bill for just $415. While the plumber was here he asked if I had any other problems and I mentioned two slow flushing toilets. He replaced bad parts on each toilet and they both work perfectly now. I was expecting this company to be good based on the reports on Angie's List, but this experience was even better than expected. Everyone I talked to was courteous, on time, professional, and best of all...the price was even better than expected.

Well, the work was done well. They did not disclose that the permit to remove the backflow preventer would cost $100.00. It is actually $63 from the city but the company charges $100 because they can, I guess ("administrative cost"). They were upfront about the labor cost but not the permit, and they also said at the time that they could not use the faucet my husband bought because "it wasn't robust enough." Then he called when we got the bill (3 months after the work was done, $28.95 for the faucet they put in) and Curtis (the plumber) said it was because the pipe wasn't long enough. Also, when we called they said there was "no way" they didn't tell us about the permit charge. But trust me, I made detailed notes to budget for this and there is nothing about a $100 charge. It was NOT disclosed. Deliberate? I doubt it. They probably just forgot. But still. Is the work done well? Yes it is. Would I use them again? I would try some other companies before calling them again. And if I did call, I would certainly ask more detailed questions to make sure the cost was clear up front.

They were very honest. He told me upfront his price per hour. Her was very knowledgeable. He was very efficient and he got the job done. I felt that he was not ripping me off. They gave me a discount, for finding them off Angie's List.

Came the same day and did good work. Reasonable price.

We were very happy with them. They were on time and got the work done quickly. They responded fairly quickly when there were here. They gave an estimate and it was right on.

I called due to toilet leakage from the pipe in the basement. I was able to fix problem by replacing the wax ring. I was unsure I could lift toilet. I called them back and canceled the appointment for the time being..They were very understanding. If it started leaking again, I would call back..so far so good!!

The serviceman made some helpful recommendations and helped me know that it wasn't a problem within my house. I was very pleased and satisfied with the experience.

They are very prompt fixed our problems in the past during 4 different visits. We are very happy with them and would call them without hesitation for future services. All 4 visits totaled approximately $550.

It went OK. I was kind of disappointed that the plumber was unable to clear the clog but had to call a drain cleaner who essentially did the same thing the next day. They were very polite, clean and on time.

He was on time to do the job. He was very professional about it. The quality of their work was good. He was very responsive to my phone calls. I would most definitely use him in the future.

They were on time and cleaned up behind themselves. They made service calls to make sure things were going fine. They even had to come back to fix the leaking cartridges and this was done free of charge.

WENT VERY WELL. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY FASHION AND TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION.

My kitchen sink was clogged and I could not wait until the next day to have a plumber come to my house. I went on Angie's List and found this company after calling other plumbers, unsuccessfully. They made time for my project. The plumber made sure the cabinet was protected from any mess and he was sure to clean-up any mess lift behind. I was impressed.

I can't comment him any more then I have. I would give his phone number to everyone that called me. He was kind and did exactly what I wanted. He is really food what he does.

They were able to schedule the visit within a week of my request and were right on time on the service date. The service tech was very friendly, and performed the work in a timely manner. He cleaned up after the work was complete.
