Description of Work: The shower faucet was too tight. He had the right tool to fix it. The toilet handle wasn't working. He replaced the toilet handle and a couple parts in the toilet tank.

 + -1 moreThey replaced the faucet and installed the garbage disposal. They were great. The man was wonderful. I called lots of people and they couldn't come out that day and that's what I needed. He came out within two hours and did wonderful work. I would recommend them and use them again.
Description of Work: I got a new garbage disposal. The top of my faucet came off as well.

 + -1 moreThey are great. They are very professional. Very helpful and understanding. They were on time and did a good job. They don't try to up sale you. They also do give good advice on how to keep things running properly. Once you are an established customer they kind of give you priority depending on the situation. They are very accommodating and I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They came in several times. We used them to replace a faucet that was leaking they also opened up a drain and replaced a toilet. They also came out to clean up spid in our yard.

He removed the broken bathroom sink fixture and directed me to a reliable distributor to select a new faucet. They then received the new fixture and came to install it right away. The group was courteous, reliable and I would certainly recommend them to friends.

 + -1 moreIt was fine. I called them on the phone, told me the exact price and worked with my schedule to deliver it. They put in the new waterheater and their supervisor showed up to check on the work and then spoke to me about the work. We have had no problems with it since.

 + -1 moreExperienced plumber arrived promptly at appointed time. He performed all work in a professional manner and passed along maintenance tips and other good information to me as he proceeded. His repairs solved all problems except the shower mix valve noise. However as follow up, we subsequently received a telephone call from the company to advise that the mix valve was ordered and received. We will have it installed in the near future. We felt the price ($140 for first hour, $100 for each additional hour) was expensive. However we were pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Plumber called to replace and update 2 sets of toilet tank flush controls, solve water "squeal" problem in shower water mix valve and to correct unbalanced water pressure problem within 2-story house. Plumber replaced both sets of toilet tank flush controls within the first 30 minutes. He then removed a 15 year old failing pressure control valve in basement and replaced it with a new pressure valve and a new shut-off valve in the line for future maintenance purposes; this required approximately 1 hour. He partially disassembled the shower mix valve, but determined that a replacement would have to be ordered, made note of the part configuration, and reassembled the valve.

 + -1 moreI was not pleased with their work and I would not use them again. They didn't seem to care if they pleased me. This was the second company that I tried to get the job fixed. Now I have paid two companies and I still have the problem. We are tired of dealing with it.
Description of Work: They were to fix a multi spray shower head. The one sprayer had a leak. There was a little water on the ledge of the shower. They were to recaulk the seal as well. Neither job was done to my satisfaction. The shower head still drips. The water on the ledge is better, but the caulking job was sloppy.

 + -1 moreOne faucet just needed a minor adjustment. However, the other had to be replaced and because when the house was sided the siding company did not put a box around the outside faucet it turned into more work. To repair this faucet, it required a hole to be cut in an interior closet so the repairman could get to the pipe (we have a slab home). He replaced the faucet and put a shut off valve on the pipe inside the wall so that any future problems could be addressed without turning off water to whole house. He was very efficient and worked quickly.
Description of Work: Repaired two outside faucets that were leaking.

 + -1 moreThe experience went very well. I was impressed with the guy that did the job. He had the disposal fixed in about 10 minutes. He had to make a second visit to repair the line to the refrigerator as I had to get somethings out of the way. He came back at the appointed time and got the job done. In the basement, the valve had be replaced and it was in an area that was hard to get to. He was very careful with everything and did the job very well.
Description of Work: There was a toilet that would not stop running, and they fixed that. I had a leak in the water line to the ice maker in the refrigerator, which they also fixed. They also fixed the garbage disposal.

Description of Work: They sent a man to fix our leaky shower faucet. He came in and was done in about five minutes. He was very knowledgeable. I couldn't have been more happy. He cleaned up everything. He wore little booties on his feet and was very careful. They didn't charge me on this job because I had a small problem on another job that they took care of.
