Description of Work: One toilet was overflowing, and the shower was leaking into the basement below. Plumber came and cleared the blockage, and cleared the other toilet as well. Found that the leak was not my bathtub drain, but around the top of the knob to turn the water on. He fixed this as well. Finally, he told me that due to code, he couldn't install the outdoor decorative faucet because it was missing a part. He was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated the prompt service. Repairs have solved the problems six months later.

Description of Work: We had a problem when our watering system was on, which we were told was water hammer, by our irrigation company. Michael from OJ came out to determine the source of the noise and was unable to. He did not want to do any work without being able to definitely know that it would solve our problem. We greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness. A few days later, Michael called after having discussed the problem with his colleagues and suggested I go back to the irrigation company believing it to be a problem they could solve for much less money and disturbance. I did exactly what he suggested and he was correct. The problem was solved by the irrigation company for free and we are delighted with OJ Laughlin.
