+ -1 moreMany structural defects in this 4 year old home, such as a cracked foundation, deteriorating stone masonary, and a sinking front lawn, which is covered under builder's warranty. Builder will not return phone calls nor come out to see the problems.
Description of Work: Wouldn't come out to do the work as required by contract and builder's warranty.

+ -1 moreBECAUSE THE BANK DID NOT REQUIRE A HOME INSPECTION, I DID NOT HAVE THE HOME INSPECTED UNTIL AFTER I MOVED IN. AN INDEPENDENT BUILDING INSPECTOR DID INSPECT MY HOME AFTER I MOVED IN. THEIR INSPECTION FOUND NUMEROUS CODE VIOLATIONS, SAFETY HAZARDS, AND POOR WORKMANSHIP. I REPORTED THESE PROBLEMS TO THE BUILDER VIA CERTIFIED MAIL WELL WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. THEY ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE SOME OF THE ISSUES, BUT EVEN THOSE ATTEMPTED REPAIRS ARE UNSATISFACTORY. I AM NOT RECEIVING THE SATISFACTION I DESERVE AS A NEW HOME BUYER.
