I was very disappointed. Paid over $2000 for very little difference in my concrete. I would not do it again. They may be good with insulation but not in mud jacking sunken concrete. Said if I wanted more done, would have to pay more. Really!

Pure Insulation was wonderful to work with start to finish. Mindy came out to bid the job. She was thorough and did an excellent job explaining what was needed to address the issue I was having. She provided options without pressured sales. Her crew was fast, incredibly tidy, and super polite. Pricing was reasonable for a top quality job done. I would definitely recommend Pure Insulation.

This fairly new company tries to hire veterans. The crew who came were VERY impressive. HARD working team, REALLY nice fellows, VERY polite and did NOT use the foul language which sometimes seems common with construction crews. The cleanup was impressive, the care was excellent and they worked really hard for nearly two full days to complete the job. The owner was on site most of the time to make sure it was done properly. Cannot speak more highly of them and wish them well and future success!

It was raining when they came to install so they have to come back to finish the soffits. But the house is noticeably warmer already so we are very happy. He was the most expensive contractor, but so far worth it!

Very courteous, efficient and cleaned anything afterwards. During the job covered the entrance to attic in plastic. Customer service was great. I could speak with them without waiting time on the phone. I would recommend this company

I spoke with the iwner Paul and told hom what i needed. He listened! And conveyed what i needed and expected to Erik and Charles. Erik and Charles came to do the work. Having over 40 years in customer service I know what good service is suppose to be. From the VERY MINUTE they showed up until the the time they left I was SUPER IMPRESSED! (PS. That hardly ever happens because I'm particular, of course!) Erik and Charles had impeccable manners and "showed" they cared! I am so impressed I could shout it from my roof top! Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. They spent alot of time inspecting my attic and surrounding structure- I really appreciate the time they spent explaining their findings and suggested course of action. I would say if you are looking for a cheap route and JUST insulation, go elsewhere. These folks are professionals. My A/C is already working half as much as it did before their workà ¢à  à ¦.

This company was wonderful. They were knowledgeable about my home issue and helped convince me that fixing my insulation would fix our issues. Besides adding around 10 inches of insulation in the attic, they added ventilation in the soffits to really help keep the attic cool and the rest of the house cool. They fixed the bathroom fan ventilation, as well as added a whole house fan cover. Our house hasn't been able to stay cool over the past 5 summers. The very next day, our house sat at 74 the whole day (and it was a 95+ day that day, too) Thank you Mindi and your great group of workers!

Great Company! I highly recommend PEC if you are interested in upgrading the insulation in your home. They gave a highly competitive bid for adding 10 inches of insulation to my attic and installing a new bathroom exhaust fan. They also vented two bath exhaust fans and one kitchen stove exhaust to the outside. What a difference that has made. Today is a 95 degree day and before the insulation upgrade the Air Conditioner could not keep the inside temperature at a constant 72 degrees and often rose to 75 or higher and the Air Conditioner ran all day long. Today it's 92 degrees outside and the Air Conditioner is seldom running to keep the inside temperature at 72 degrees. The entire team at PEC are wonderful to work with. They are extremely courteous, polite and hard working. You don't find those attributes very often. Larry, Imperial Missouri

They were very professional and thorough. They helped us solve multiple issues with mice in attic, poor ventilation and not enough insulation. They replaced the fiberglass insulation with cellulose, air sealed the attic and properly vented the attic. They answered all our questions to our satisfaction and explained the process for the project in detail. Highly recommend!
