They were very nice on the phone and scheduled me on a Saturday morning which was very convenient for me. They arrived on time, were neat, clean and our chimney is now cleaned out. He did find that our chimney had cracked flue tiles, and suggested how to fix them. He was very nice, easy to work with and very professional.

Good. Did not try any up-sells. Scheduled fast and in and out in no time. Price seems high for labor time spent but its in line with other companies performing same services.

We contacted English Sweep for an appointment and received one within a week. Our technician, Joe, was punctual and arrived a bit early. He was extremely neat and tidy and took care to cover our furniture and hardwood floors. There was absolutely no dirt or residue left in our home. He was very polite and informative. We would not hesitate to hire this company again.

Russ was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Great job.

They were very quick to return our phone calls and to come out and give us a quote. Once our chimney was measured, they needed to order a custom sized cap. They told us it would be done quicker than it was and we had to call and check on it once or twice. It would have been nice if they had called us to give us an update, but other than that, they were great. The man who installed the cap made sure to walk me around it and explained how it was installed. He was very quick and left no mess.

They were prompt, clean and polite. They laid out a large drop cloth to cover out white carpet and it worked well. They left the room very clean. They were on time and very professional.

Workmen were on time, professional and very quick with their service. They laid out tarps so that the area would not be covered with soot as they were cleaning the fireplace. We were very happy with their work.

THEY WERE DOING GOOD WORK WHEN THE OWNER CAME OUT BEFORE, BUT THIS YEAR AND LAST YEAR I HAD TROUBLE WITH THEM. I NEEDED A REPLACEMENT CHIMNEY CAPS AND SHOWED THEM WHAT I WANTED (THE NEIGHBOR HAS ONE) WHICH GOES ON THE CHIMNEY ITSELF. THEY BROUGHT OUT SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I WANTED, BUT I HAD THEM INSTALL IT BECAUSE WE HAD ANIMALS GETTING INSIDE. SMOKE IS NOW COMING OUT AROUND THE DOORS IN MY STOVE AND I THINK HE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE GASKETS ON THE STOVE, THAT THEY PROBABLY NEED TO BE REPLACED. THEY DIDN'T LET ME KNOW THEY WERE COMING OUT, I HAD TO FIND OUT WHEN I WAS GOING AROUND THE HOUSE TRIMMING THE YARD AND SAW HIS LADDER. I HAD EAR PROTECTION ON BECAUSE THE TRIMMER WAS LOUD, AND HE SAID HE DIDN'T WANT TO SCARE ME BY COMING OVER AND LETTING ME KNOW HE WAS HERE. I THINK THAT WAS A POOR EXCUSE FOR NOT LETTING ME KNOW HE WAS THERE TO DO WORK.

JASON WAS ABLE TO COME TO OUR HOME THE SAME WEEK I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT. HE CALLED AS SOON AS HE KNEW HE WAS RUNNING LATE, WHICH WAS ONLY ABOUT 20 MINUTES. HE WAS NICE AND CLEANED UP VERY WELL.

THE WORK WAS ON TIME, QUICK, AND ALL MESS WAS REMOVED. THE COVER AT THE TOP OF THE CHIMNEY HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN KEEPING OUT ANIMALS.

THE FIREPLACE HASN'T BEEN FULLY USED YET BUT SEEMS GOOD SO FAR. THE CREW WAS VERY EASY TO HAVE AROUND, SURPRISINGLY SO. THEY HAD TROUBLE SCHEDULING TO MY FULL SATISFACTION.

THEY ACTUALLY GAVE ME A QUOTE IN THE FALL BUT I DIDN'T HAVE THE WORK DONE UNTIL SPRING. CALLED BEFORE THEY CAME OUT - SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF MATCHING THE BRICK.
