Description of Work: CALLED TWO TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR THEM TO CALL US BACK TO GET AN ESTIMATE. NOBODY RETURNED OUR PHONE CALLS.

Description of Work: Mudding and tapping drywall for a large basement, with bedroom, bath.

Description of Work: i live in a single story condo unit and the flashing went bad (old/got messed up, etc) onone of our roof ACs. this caused an unknown water leak that led to the 5'x7' ceiling in the utility closet getting water logged and caved in. our condo manager called what i assume must have been a vendor from whom she was getting kickbacks because they charged us almost $2000 to remove debris, clean area and re-drywall the ceiling. i called mike duerr, who personally answered the phone and with patience and professionalism answered my questions. mike's not-seen-in-person telephone quote was, frankly, what you would expect it to cost to hire someone to replace and paint only 35'sq of drywall ceiling. the variance was because, like all projects, something might be discovered beyond simple replacement. i really appreciated his helpfulness and have not only put him on my personal short-list of contractors for future use, but i've also recommended him to others. it goes without saying that our condo assn was severely overcharged.

Description of Work: I emailed this business for a ball park price for finishing my garage. I gave dimensions and address but no response what so ever.

Description of Work: Keith Duerr (President) of Duerr Drywall personally quoted our dry wall repair for our bathroom. And he personally emailed us a quote of around $450 which we accepted by email. The quote for drywall repair to our bathroom was estimated by Mr. Duerr on March 21st and emailed to us on March 24th. We accepted the Duerr Drywall proposal on March 25th by email. We sent a total of 5 emails and several phone calls attempting to arrange a date for the drywall repairs. On May 7th Mr. Duerr agreed to repair our drywall the week of May 27th. May 27th came and went without hearing back from or seeing Duerr Drywall. As the date approached two attempts were made to reach Mr. Duerr by phone. None of our messages were returned.

Description of Work: Keith came at the day and time set up to look at our home to possible do drywall work an painting in our kitchen and main area. I was looking forward to working with him since he was personable and very knowledgable in his work. He explained everything as he walked through and was very good at analyzing everything that needed To be fixed. I was very pleased and he said he would have a bid emailed to me within a few days.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate to drywall my new garage. Didn't show on the day/time so called back. Did come out the 2nd day and was very courteous and knowelegable about his work. Ended up gettting 3 bids total and this one was the highest. Didn't do the work.

Description of Work: The work was top notch. They put in a new ceiling over plaster and made it paint ready. Great work.
