Notified them that we were getting shocked in the hot tub because they ran the electric from the sub panel to the hot tub. Said they couldnâ t find a problem but they changed the breaker anyway. We get shocked again. Hired a different electrician and he was beside himself because he couldnâ t believe the installer must not have checked the voltage at the quick disconnect box. If he would have he would have seen that there was a ground problem coming from the sub panel. Turns out we used a hot tub that wasnâ t grounded for two years. Glad Iâ m still alive to tell about. Asked Matt Stone why they didnâ t check the voltage at the quick disconnect they installed and he said â we assumed it was correctâ . Use them at your own risk.

Would be great if they stood behind their work or cared about customer service. A breaker they installed stopped working 2 years after they installed it. They were going to charge me to come out and look at it. I asked if they would come out and look at it without charging me. I was told they would check with the owner. No call back or attempt to make it right. This was after not receiving responses to my emails or messages. I would not recommend them to anyone that wants a job to be done right the first time. On top of that, when the original work was completed I had to call them to come back out and finish burying the electrical lines they put in.

They did a good job installing the lights and fixtures, but they charge me for more work that was done, since the scope of the project changed during installation. It took some time to sort things out. They were still quite expensive in my opinion.

Accurate Electric provided us with a thorough and professional estimate, and they were able to schedule the work in a reasonable amount of time -- as we live out of the country and needed work done on our home in St. Louis, there were some communication issues, but the quality of the actual work was outstanding. Highly recommended.
