Fine. This is the 4th time I have provided a review of this transaction. I am tired of doing this. I tried, unsuccessfully, to ignore your constant emails. I appreciate the service you provide, but I am so disappointed with this aspect of your service. If you cannot keep track of reviews more effectively, find another way of gathering reviews. This is a waste of my time and my email inbox.

The work went quickly and smoothly and was done in a day. The new posts match the rest of our porch railing perfectly.

This is my first experience with Angie's List and it could not have gone any better! I'm so glad I joined! Mike came to look at the the work to be done and then got the bid to me when he said he would and with appropriate detail; he estimated repair date (and it was right on), & advised a week in advance; he arrived on time and he did what he said he would do. I am very, very happy with the results and would recommend M&M to anyone. Mike is great!

He was hard to get a hold of after I bought the deal. I was also very busy and when I finally got a hold of him, I felt he was a little rude. He did the bare minimum and didn't stay for the entire time. I had to go out and get the supplies and didn't really know exactly what exactly I needed.

The installation went pretty well, but I wish they could have hooked up the wall-mounted switch. It's held up fine, though, since they did the install. There were no issues with scheduling, although it did take a while for them to come out.

Called me back right away. Arrived on time. Very friendly, did a great job!

It was good. I also used them again to install a microwave above the range. The worker has been good. The cleanup has been really good.

Everything was fine. He was a friendly guy and he did his work efficiently. He proposed things that may need to be done in the future but he was not pushy about it.

Showed up as scheduled. Did everything in satisfactory way.

Mike showed up at our home the week of April 21st to give us an estimate. He was very pleasant and courteous. We received an email with the written estimate the following Monday, April 28. I responded that day that my husband and I would get back with him after we discussed the price and possible other options. On May 1, I emailed Mike stating that we wanted to hire him to do the work and that I wanted him to call my husband to set up a date. He's response was that he would 'call my husband sometime tomorrow (May 2)'. It is now May 6th and we have yet to hear from him. I believe that keeping your word is still the most valuable asset you have, personally or professionally. A phone call or email takes less than a couple of minutes to do. A very simple way of keeping potential clients happy. Some people call it communicating.

Everything turned out well. The gentleman was courteous, arrived on time, and did a good job. The only issue was that he could have done a more thorough job of cleaning up after himself, but this really was only a minor issue.

He was okay. He wasn't too thrilled with Angie's List, because he said that he didn't make that much money, and he had to give them 30% or something.

Overall it was a good experience, there were a few cracked tiles, but they replaced them and took care of any issues we had and addressed those without hesitation. We would use them again for future projects.

Contacted for several small jobs that needed completed. Returned my call and left me a vm. Called him to schedule and he never returned my second call.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was for 3 hours of labor. I bought the parts but he did have to go buy another part and I'm sure he charged me for the time to go buy the part. He didn't know until he got in there that he needed something different to do the job. I was happy with what they did. They did a good job. He responded adequately and he was on time. He was professional. I would probably use him again.

The service was fine. He seemed to do a competent job and I have no complaints.

They did an awesome job for a fair price, were friendly and even cleaned up the job well!

I would not use him again because he is too far from my home. He was on time.

He arrived on time - was very polite. Removed the old fans. Put together the new fans out of boxes. Installed fans and got them working. Very nice job. The only negative was that I bought a 3 hour coupon and after the fans were installed, he still had a while left (in the 3 hours), so I asked him to look at some plumbing issues in the basement bathroom. He took a quick look, put some shims around the toilet and said that's all he could do. He didn't really try to fix the leak in the sink. It may have been a bigger deal then what he had time for, but when he left, there was about 30 minutes to go on my coupon. Otherwise, did a very nice job.

Problem: water skipped off roof without reaching the 6" gutter. I had paid another company to fix the problem without success. M&M examined the problem and replaced 6" gutter with 8" and added various diverter gizmos. Custom made gutter and hand made gutter guard and the problem is solved.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. He came out and checked out a few things, and everything was great. There was one light fixture which still has part of it hanging, and this was because he didn't have a ladder.
