Everything went smoothly, very courteous, and very careful.

Excellent. I could not have asked for a better contractor. Punctual, polite, nice, and did an excellent job on what I asked them to do. And reasonable with the cost and did all clean up debris.

Once scheduled, Mike and his crew worked diligently to complete the reconstruction. This was a large, but not particularly fancy, deck and the end result is completely satisfactory.

I had received several different opinions by other providers who weren't sure what to do. Mike showed up on time, understood exactly what was needed, and explained the repairs to me. He showed up when promised, did the work exactly as explained, and it turned out so well. I trust him and would recommended him wholeheartedly. I plan to ask him to help me with several other projects on my aging house. It is very difficult to find someone who will do this kind of work and do it responsibly and well. I'm so glad to have found this contractor.

Did all the work in one day. Did a good job and a great job cleaning up.

All done in one day. Remove all the rotten wood. Replaced with PVC so it does not rot again. Then painted all areas. Did a great job of cleaning up also.

M & M bid on the entire project. The two men framed the walls and took out the doors, reframing for drywall. They then subcontracted out the drywall work which took a lot longer than we all expected. The drywall subcontractors were over extended and took several weeks to finish their part of the project. M & M kept me informed and were as frustrated as I was with the subcontractor. However, their part of it they did great and we like the finish product.

Great, very professional. On time did what they said they'd do. I live in CA (this is a rental home) so hired from Angie's list. Could not have done better!

Contacted M&M for quotes to complete work. M&M responded quickly and came out for walk through. Later responded we lived too far- which we didn't understand since they knew our address before they came out. M&M seemed nice enough but we can't therefore speak objectively to quality or price of any their work. Rated "B" for responding to our request to come out.

They did a great job. They were quick and cleaned up their mess. I plan to use them again.

Very happy with his work. I purchased a big deal for two hours of handyman labor. He hung a ceiling fan and replaced three light fixtures. I also had him come back to help me change the dryer vent from plastic to aluminum and he reran the exhaust piping in the basement. He did a great job. .

The first application of the stain had some bubbles. They came back and re-sanded the areas and re-stained the deck. It looks great!!

I'd sent Mike pictures, and we thought it might be able to be repaired. However, after he examined it, he felt that replacing it would be better. He went to the store, purchased the gate, used our old hardware and hung the gate. He also cleared the grass from below the gate, and replaced it with gravel, so that we could open it more easily. As always, Mike was on time, on budget, and a pleasure to work with.

It took a little longer and was messier than I hoped

Very good work! The job was a little more difficult than I had anticipated.

Mike and the guys did a good job making my bathroom look good and putting in new fixtures and plumbing. They were friendly, prompt and they cleaned up ok. The job went well and I am glad I used M & M contracting.

I searched for electrical contractors and M&M popped up. I emailed the company with the work I needed completed. I was told I needed an electrician. Probably shouldn't be listed under electrical. More of handyman and that's it.

I had a very small job. Mike was great. Returned calls/emails. Knew exactly what materials would be required, took care of those things and gave me a price before doing the work. I'm sure we'll use again!

The provider, Mike, returned my call came to the house first and gave me an estimate and then completed the projects on time as promised.

They arrived on time, listened to my concerns, offered suggestions, completed work in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up. The attic was small and hot, no complaining.

He's been doing some work for us for a couple of years. He's very reliable. He's trustworthy. I've left in my home loan and ran errands and I've been using him for about two years now, and he does all kinds of interior, exterior, he repairs and he's built in shelves, and done a lot of repair work for us.

They were friendly, quick to respond and easy to work with.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. My wife said they did a great job and she was very happy with it. There were no additional charges.

Mike did a great job. We are getting our house ready for sale and he was very helpful to help us figure out what we needed to do with these repairs. We are very happy with the work and would definitely use him again in our new home. We appreciated how he worked us into his schedule as we were busy trying to buy a new house and get this house sold. He was easy to work with and very professional
