Mike arrived right on time for the estimate, and to do the actual work. He was very polite and friendly. Very knowledgable about the work he was hired to do. He worked for several hours, and cleaned up after he was done in each work area. I was very pleased with his work and will use him again.

I had Mike out previously to install some ceiling fans and asked him about installing flood lights. When I decided which lights I wanted and could get approved by my HOA, I contacted Mike to set up a time for him and his electrician to do the installing of the lights. I knew ahead of time about what time they would arrive so I had all the supplies ( I chose to buy most of the items but Mike offered to purchase them for me) ready. Mike and Nick (the electrician) arrived a little early and within 1-2 hours the light was installed. The reason Mike brought out Nick was because I wanted to override the motion part of the flood lights and use a light switch instead. Everything went smoothly!

Arrived on time. Repaired upstairs window and painted with primer. Cleaned up and vacuumed thoroughly. Repaired downstairs window and painted with primer. Cleaned up and vacuumed thoroughly. Very professional.

Mike Lynn was great to work with from start to finish. He arrived exactly on schedule with all the tools needed to complete the work everything went as planned.

When I called to schedule the date that worked for my schedule worked for M & M too. Mike was punctual, prepared with the tools ne needed and worked quickly. He was very pleasant to work with.

I purchased an angie's list deal for 3 hours of handyman work from M&M. I began speaking with Mike (owner) who was very responsive, he was very interested in the details of the work I was needing done. This helped him to come very prepared at our appointment. We set a day and time for the work, he called ahead and showed up on time and immediately began working. The repair was made to the pipe and the drywall was repaired within the time frame allotted, the wall repaired and he cleaned up afterwards. Although he had the obstacle of working in an extremely messy boys' room, he did a great job and made the most of the time while he was there! His work was very satisfactory and I would recommend his services. It's hard to find a trustworthy, reasonable handyman that keeps appointments and can do a wide variety of projects. I will definitely work with him again.

I contacted Mike via email about installing 3 ceiling fans that I had already purchased and he responded to my email within a few minutes. We set up a time for him to come over and he arrived on time. I showed him where the rooms where that got the fans and he went to work and was done within 3 hours. I liked the fact that he used a sheet under his ladder to catch any trash that may have came from the fans and/or ceiling. After he was done putting the fans up, he put all the plastic wrap that came from unboxing the fans back in the box so all I had to do was put the boxes out for the recycle man to pick up. He was professional the whole time he was here.

It was a very positive experience - Mike Lynn with M & M Contracting Co was very professional and personable. His response time to my initial phone call was very quick and my appointment was set up for the same week. He arrived on time (even a little early :), was busy installing the ceiling fan within minutes of arriving and had the job done in approx 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Mike did a wonderful job on all the plumbing and the holes drilled in my cabinets. The flooring and toe kick was marginal. The flooring didn't come out exactly as I had planned and the toe kick in both baths had to be redone to suit my taste. I have to say that I am very particular and this was my first time dealing with a handyman. Mike was extremely professional, always on time, and excellent as far as getting in contact with him. That was the main reason why i hired him and I would definitely hire him again; however, in the future, I would be much more detailed and precise regarding my expectations.

We were referred to Mike by our roofing company. The roofer gave him our number (with our permission) and he called us the same day to schedule an appointment for estimates. We had a variety of odd jobs that had piled up, and he wrote everything down, and gave us a rough estimate the same day. Mike was very polite, professional, and completed our "to do" list in the time frame that we had agreed upon. All of the work was excellent quality. We will definitely call him again as needed.
