I had purchased an Angie's deal for 3 hours @ $89. When I called to schedule a time, Mike indicated that he thought both of my jobs could be done within the 3 hours. On the scheduled day he actually called and said he could arrive sooner then the scheduled time! He arrived on time, we discussed where I wanted the curtain rod installed. He recommended using molly bolts as these were going to be 104" length drapes and he didn't want the rod to pull out of the sheet rock due to the weight of the drapes. Finally got the drapes hung up the other day with no issues and rods are level and are definitely staying in place. No issues with replacement rubber gaskets. Pleased enough with the work that on the same day I asked for a quote to replace some decking boards. Would recommend and/or use M & M Contracting again.

I was very impressed at the speed he accomplished the tasks an how well they were done! I would definitely use him again. He was also very courteous and prompt - calling before he was on his way!

Excellent experience. Mike came out promptly to give me a bid. He contacted the structural engineer before coming out just to be sure he understood everything that needed to be done. He looked at the work and made suggestions that I hadn't even considered that really improved the overall look of the opening! I hired him and he showed up at the scheduled appointment on time, worked straight through until the job was complete! Excellent experience and I will definitely hire him again!

I bought a big deal and it was $89 for three hours of service. The guy who came out did a really good job. He was very polite, excellent, did the job in a timely manner and did the job well; so I was pleased. I would tell others that he is trustworthy and his work is good. His price was very reasonable too.

Mike arrived on time. Installed everything we talked about on the phone. Also took care of the leaky faucets in the bathroom as I already had the replacement cartridges. Discussed future painting project said he would get back to us with an estimate. No problem with using his company again

Everything went great. Was very helpful and responsive and accomplished all tasks that I asked to be completed. Had no problems scheduling or with communication. Would definitely use his services again and would recommend to other people.

Overall very satisfied. I would use them again.

Mike Lynn came to fulfill a big deal I had purchased. My main reason for the deal was that I wanted grab bars installed, which he declined to do. I presume this was for insurance or liability reasons. I did know from our phone consultation that he would not be putting in the grab bars, but without that task, I didn't quite have enough work to fill up 3 hours. He was much faster than I expected which was good. I wanted a cold frame built. I had the top but not the materials for the frame as I wasn't sure what to get. I did hire him to purchase materials and build the cold frame, which he delivered one week later. This was in addition to the big deal, but It was just what I wanted. He was professional and easy to work with. We discussed other work he might do in the future. I will save up until I have enough tasks and have purchased materials, and will probably call Mike again.

Excellent. The installation was not simple. Additional parts were needed as well as going up into attic. All was excellent.

it went well. had problems with one of the fans but it was the ceiling fan that I bought was bad so had to replace that one

M & M Contracting Co. did a good job. He was on time and did the work he said he was going to do. There were no issues. I would use him again in the future if he is able to do the type of work that I needed done.

This gentlemen put up 6 new doors in my bedroom and bathroom areas. At first he said he probably couldn't get it done in 3 hours. However, he got it done, plus got the doors caulked too. Great job! I would definitely use him again.

He called when clearing his morning appointment to see if it was ok to come by early since he finished his first appointment early. That worked out perfectly for getting everything done for us. He worked on the back porch area first, got our porch light replaced, the screen door fixed and the back door fixed. Then we moved inside & he replaced the faucet in the bathroom, the shut off valves for the hot & cold water & then reattached the upper trim for our closet doors. We had purchased the $132.00 for 3 hours of service. This all did end up taking 4 hours, but I do still believe that it was well worth it even with the extra hour charge.

There were many holes in one of the bedrooms and two large ones in the entry and stairwell. Mike fixed these very efficiently and didn't rush through the job.

Mike was on time, went right to work and compelted all the work in less then 3 hours, installed water cutoff valves first so water could be turned back on a real plus! Work was completed and clean up done in great time!

Mike was a little early, gave me a business card right away. He came in and we reviewed all the items I had on my list. I had purchased his 3-hrs for $79 special and had a list that I didn't think we'd get through, but he ended up finishing them all with time to spare. Since he was so efficient, I didn't mind his not using the whole 3 hours! He was tidy, friendly, professional and patient when my dog offered to "help". Mike also gave me what I consider to be a good estimate for some work that I'd like to do in the future.

Mike was quick with getting us an estimate. The work was done as promised, on time and for the amount quoted. I was quite pleased with using M&M Contractors for our job and would be happy to use them again.
